Estimando las cosas de este mundo como pérdida

Así es, todo lo demás no vale nada cuando se le compara con el infinito valor de conocer a Cristo Jesús, mi Señor. Por amor a él, he desechado todo lo demás y lo considero basura a fin de ganar a Cristo y llegar a ser uno con él. Ya no me apoyo en mi propia justicia, por medio de obedecer la ley; más bien, llego a ser justo por medio de la fe en Cristo. Pues la forma en que Dios nos hace justos delante de él se basa en la fe.

Cambiador del Mundo: El Apóstol Pablo fue un experto en discernir la falsedad que ofrece este mundo, y por eso decidió darlo todo por basura. Habiendo sido un fariseo con autoridad, Dios lo llamó a su servicio y este hombre dejándolo todo se rindió totalmente a Cristo.
Pablo fue perseguido, encarcelado, azotado con vara muchas veces y finalmente ejecutado por los Romanos por causa de su amor y servicio a Cristo.
Pablo declaró que ahora vivía para agradar a Dios haciendo su voluntad por gracia, y ya no le interesaba su seguridad, ni sus relaciones, sino que se convirtió en el más humilde de los siervos de Jesucristo.
*Pablo tuvo un encuentro tan profundo con Jesús que fue llevado al tercer cielo y pudo percibir el gran regalo de la vida eterna y que la recibirían solo aquellos que tomen su cristianismo en serio, tomando su cruz y negándose a sí mismos.
*Si bien es cierto que Dios bendice a sus siervos, Él quiere que todo lo que nosotros recibamos de este lado de la eternidad, sirva para bendecir su obra cumpliendo su voluntad y no para vivir egoístamente y afanados, dándole más importancia a las cosas materiales que a nuestra relación personal y servicio a la obra de Dios. (2Timoteo 3:1-7)
Hoy es tu día de salvación si te arrepientes y te entregas a Jesús, para que Él sea tu esperanza de gloria y tu victoria para ser salvo y cambiar el mundo (Romanos 10:8-13, Colosenses 1:27, 1 Corintios 15:10, 57). Aleluya.

Estimating the things of this world as loss

What is more, I consider everything a loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord, for whose sake I have lost all things. I consider them garbage, that I may gain Christ and be found in him, not having a righteousness of my own that comes from the law, but that which is through faith in[a] Christ—the righteousness that comes from God on the basis of faith.

World Changer: Apostle Paul was an expert in discerning the falsehood that this world offers, and that is why he decided to give everything up for garbage. Having been a Pharisee with authority, God called him to his service and this man, leaving everything, surrendered totally to Christ.
Paul was was persecuted, imprisoned, whipped many times, and finally executed by the Romans because of his love and service to Christ.
Paul declared that he now lived to please God by doing his will by grace, and he was no longer interested in his safety or his relationships, but became the humblest of the servants of Jesus Christ.
*Paul had an encounter so deep with Jesus that he was taken to the third heaven and he could sense the great gift of the eternal life and that it would be received only by those who take their Christianity seriously, taking up their cross and denying themselves.
*Although it is true that God blesses his servants, he wants everything we receive from this side of eternity to serve to bless his work by fulfilling his will and not to live selfishly and worrying, giving more importance to material things than to our personal relationship and service to the work of God. (2Timothy 3:1-7)
Today is your day of salvation if you repent and surrender to Jesus, so that He may be your hope of glory and your victory to be saved and change the world (Romans 10:8-13, Colossians 1:27, 1 Corinthians 15: 10, 57). Hallelujah.
