En Cristo caminaremos con temor y temblor

Por tanto, amados míos, como siempre habéis obedecido, no como en mi presencia solamente, sino mucho más ahora en mi ausencia, ocupaos en vuestra salvación con temor y temblor, porque Dios es el que en vosotros produce así el querer como el hacer, por su buena voluntad.

Cambiador del Mundo: El Apóstol Pablo habla en esta carta a los Filipenses del tema más importante de nuestra relación con Dios, que es el guardar un temor reverente a Él y nos exhorta a ocuparnos de nuestra salvación actuando con temor y temblor, lo que significa honrarlo, respetarlo, amarlo y sobre todo no querer fallar al regalo que nos ha hecho de ser hijos de Dios.
También el Apóstol Pablo nos enseña a que revisemos las promesas que Dios nos ha dado y que le pidamos a Dios su gracia para vivir en santidad, porque esta es la única manera de decir que tememos a Dios y es el hecho de aborrecer el pecado.
Abandonar nuestra pasada manera de vivir, cuando caminábamos en tinieblas, anhelando las recompensas temporales de este mundo, sin buscar de Dios, eso provocó total destrucción en nuestra vida y nos dejó sin oportunidad de seguir adelante.
En muchos de nosotros ese fue el momento en el que levantamos la mirada a los cielos y le clamamos a Dios y oramos para recibir a Jesús como nuestro Salvador en nuestro corazón, arrepintiéndonos de nuestros pecados y confesándoselos, suplicándole que no nos permitiera volver a nuestra vida pasada.
*Perfeccionemos nuestra santidad viviendo en el temor de Dios, por habernos perdonado nuestros pecados que nos destinaban a la muerte eterna. Pero gracias por Cristo que pagó el precio de todos esos pecados y ahora por la fe en su Nombre, tenemos la promesa de nuestra salvación y de vivir con Él por la eternidad en los cielos (2 Corintios 7:1).
Hoy es tu día de salvación y de aprender del temor a Dios para que también puedas disfrutar que Jesús sea tu esperanza de gloria y tu victoria para cambiar el mundo (Romanos 10:8-13, Colosenses 1:27, 1 Corintios 15:10, 57). Aleluya.

In Christ we will walk with fear and trembling

Therefore, my beloved, as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling; for it is God who works in you both to will and to do for His good pleasure.
Philippians 2:12-13 (NKJV)

World Changer: Apostle Paul speaks in this letter to the Philippians of the most important issue in our relationship with God, which is keeping a reverent fear of Him and exhorts us to take care of our salvation acting with fear and trembling, which means honoring, respecting, loving and above all not wanting to fail the gift that has made us to be children of God.
Also, Apostle Paul teaches us to check on the promises that God has given us and ask God for his grace to live in holiness because this is the only way of saying that we fear God and it is the fact of hating sin.
Abandoning our past way of life, when we walked in darkness, longing for the temporary rewards of this world, without seeking God, that caused total destruction in our lives and left us with no opportunity to move on.
In many of us that was the moment in which we looked up to the heavens and cry out to God and pray to receive Jesus as our Savior in our hearts, repenting of our sins and confessing them, begging him not to allow us to return to our past life.
*Let us perfect our holiness living in the fear of God for having forgiven our sins that destined us to eternal death. But thanks for Christ that paid the price of all those sins and now by faith in his Name we have the promise of our salvation and to live with Him for an eternity in heaven (2 Corinthians 7:1).
Today is your day of salvation and to learn the fear of God so that you can also enjoy that Jesus is your hope of glory and your victory to change the world (Romans 10:8-13, Colossians 1:27, 1 Corinthians 15:10 , 57). Hallelujah.
