Tengamos sed de Dios
Mi alma tiene sed de Dios, del Dios viviente;¿cuándo vendré y me presentaré delante[a] de Dios?
Salmos 42:2 (LBLA)
Cambiador del Mundo: Dios se agrada de todos aquellos que proclaman Su Nombre y tienen hambre y sed de El y lo demuestran no solamente por lo que hablan y predican sino por el tiempo que pasan deleitándose en la presencia de Dios.
*Cuando nosotros venimos a Cristo empezamos por la gracia de Dios una nueva vida con un rumbo diferente a lo que antes éramos porque ahora conocemos Su Palabra que es la Biblia y recurrimos a ella a cada instante, aprendiendo que será nuestro manual de vida y la palabra de Dios más segura a la cual haremos bien en estar atentos ( 2 Pedro 1:19).
Ahora en Cristo tenemos esperanza y la promesa de alcanzar la vida eterna juntamente con Dios en los cielos y lo podemos afirmar porque la Biblia nos lo enseña. También estamos aprendiendo conforme a todas las promesas de Dios que han sido dadas para los que le aman y le han puesto en el primer lugar de sus vidas.
Quizá muchos de nosotros antes de ser cristianos nacidos de nuevo, solamente teníamos una religión de domingo, pero ahora tenemos una relación personal con Dios 24 horas al día y los 7 días de la semana. El entregarnos a Cristo, es dejar de vivir para nosotros y para nuestros planes lo cual significa morir a nuestro Yo egoísta y negarnos a nosotros mismos. También necesitamos tomar nuestra cruz cada día y seguir a Jesús sin distraernos con las actividades que el mundo nos ofrece (Lucas 9:23-26, 1 Juan 2:15-16).
Por lo tanto, tener sed de Dios es anhelar estar en Su presencia, permitiendo que la vida misma de Cristo se forme en nosotros (Gálatas 4:19).
Hoy es tu día de salvación si le confiesas a Jesús tus pecados y te arrepientes y lo declaras tu Rey y Señor para que El, sea desde ahora y para siempre tu esperanza de gloria y tu victoria para cambiar el mundo (Romanos 10:8-13, Colosenses 1:27, 1 Corintios 15:10, 57). Aleluya.

Let us be thirsty of God

World Changer: God is pleased of all those that proclaim His Name and are thirsty and hunger of Him and they show it not only for what they talk and preach but for the time that spend themselves delighting in the presence of God.
*When we come to Christ we start a new life by the grace of God with a different path to what we were before because now we know His Word which is the Bible and we go to it each time, learning that it will be our manual of life and God’s Word and the most sure word of God to which we would do well to be atentive (2 Peter 1:19).
Now in Christ we have hope and the promise to reach eternal life along with God in heaven and we can affirm it because the Bible teaches it so. We also are learning according to God’s promises that have been given to the ones that love Him and have put Him in their first place of their lives.
Maybe many of us before being born again Christians we only had a religion of Sundays but now we have a personal relationship with God 24 hours a day seven days a week. To surrender to Christ is to stop living for us and for our plans which means to die to our selfish self and deny ourselves. We also need to take our cross each day and to follow Jesus without distracting us with the activities that the world offers us (Luke 9:23-26, 1 John 2:15-16).
Therefore, to be thirsty of God is to long to be in His presence, allowing that the life of Christ Himself may form in us (Galatians 4:19).
Today is your day of salvation if you confess your sins to Jesus and repent and declare him your King and Lord so that He may be from now and forever your hope of glory and your victory to change the world (Romans 10:8- 13, Colossians 1:27, 1 Corinthians 15:10, 57). Hallelujah.
