Jesús en nuestras tempestades

Ese día, caída ya la tarde, les dijo: Pasemos al otro lado. Pero se levantó una violenta tempestad, y las olas se lanzaban sobre la barca de tal manera que ya se anegaba la barca. Marcos 4:35, 37 (LBLA)

Cambiador del Mundo: Esta historia narra que Jesús ordenó a los discípulos subirse a la barca y pasar al otro lado, pero para sorpresa de ellos, una tempestad se desató y las olas estaban hundiendo la barca. Jesús estaba durmiendo en la popa y ellos angustiados le despertaron y le preguntaron que si no le importaba que iban a perecer.
Jesús reprendió los vientos y ordenó al mar callar y enmudecer, y vino la calma y gran bonanza.
Después Jesús los reprendió y preguntó ¿por qué no habían tenido fe? Y todos temieron y se preguntaban acerca de ¿quién era Jesús que aun los vientos y el mar le obedecían?
*Estoy seguro de que también nosotros estamos pasando por tempestades que han venido a estremecer nuestra barca que es nuestra casa y familia, y la pregunta es ¿Jesús está viniendo con nosotros? porque quizá hayan muchas familias que no le han dado lugar para que Cristo dirija por gracia su hogar y les enseñe a madurar en Su fe, para que sean ellos los que aten y reprendan los vientos en el Nombre de Jesús cuando en su vida estén amenazados por estas adversidades.
Los discípulos por supuesto que sabían quién era Jesús, porque le habían visto hacer muchos milagros, pero tal parece que en los momentos de peligro un espíritu de miedo y de duda los atacaba y se olvidaban que con ellos estaba el Maestro, el Hijo de Dios y Dios mismo, para enseñarles y ayudarles en sus peores momentos de dificultad.
Hoy es tu día de invitar a Jesús a tu barca y pedirle perdón por todos tus pecados para que puedas atravesar el mar de la vida y llegar a la eternidad para vivir con Dios (Romanos 10:8-13).
Cristo en nosotros nuestra esperanza de gloria y nuestra victoria que cambia el mundo (Colosenses 1:27, 1 Corintios 15:10, 57). Aleluya.

Jesus in our storms

That day when evening came, he said to his disciples, “Let us go over to the other side.”
A furious squall came up, and the waves broke over the boat, so that it was nearly swamped. Mark 4:35, 37 (NIV)

World Changer: This story tells us that Jesus commanded to His disciples to get into the boat and cross to the other side, but to their surprise, a storm arose and the waves were sinking the boat. Jesus was sleeping in the stern and they woke Him up in anguish and asked Him if He didn’t care that they were going to perish.
Jesus rebuked the winds and ordered the sea to be silent and calm and great calm came.
Then Jesus rebuked them and asked why they had not had faith? And they all feared and wondered about who was Jesus that even the winds and the sea obeyed Him?
*I am sure that we too, are going through storms that had come to to shake our boat that is our home and family, and the question is, is Jesus coming with us? because perhaps there are many families that have not given Him room for Christ to direct their home by grace and teach them to mature in His faith, so that they are the ones who bind and rebuke the winds in the Name of Jesus when in their lives they are threatened for these adversities.
Of course, the disciples that knew who Jesus was because they have seen Him do many miracles but it seems that in times of danger a spirit of fear and doubt attacked them and they forgot that the Master was with them, the Son of God and God Himself to teach them and help them in their worst moments of difficulty.
Today is your day to invite Jesus to your boat and ask His forgiveness for all your sins so that you can cross the sea of ​​life and reach eternity to live with God (Romans 10:8-13).
