Limpiémonos de toda contaminación

Así que, amados, puesto que tenemos tales promesas, limpiémonos de toda contaminación de carne y de espíritu, perfeccionando la santidad en el temor de Dios.
2 Corintios 7:1 (RV1960)

Cambiador del Mundo: En el versículo de hoy Pablo está hablando y detallando la importancia que tiene estar limpios de toda contaminación y que perfeccionemos nuestra santidad en el temor a Dios, que por cierto no es tenerle miedo, sino es el no quererle fallar ni desagradarle por cuanto lo amamos y le damos honra y gloria.
*La principal promesa que tenemos como hijos de Dios, es que por cuanto fuimos perdonados de todos nuestros pecados por la gracia y nuestra fe en Jesús, ahora también tenemos la promesa de recibir la vida eterna cuando terminemos nuestra carrera aquí en la tierra.
En esta carta también se habla de que los hijos de Dios, ya no andan en yugo desigual con la gente incrédula, porque ellos saben que la luz no tiene comunión con las tinieblas, ni la justicia con la injusticia, y por supuesto estamos hablando de alguien que es creyente que le ha hablado una y otra vez a un no creyente y este no está interesado en dejar su vida de pecado y se niega a entregarse a Dios.
Dios aquí nos exhorta a salir de en medio de todos aquellos que rechacen una y otra vez el evangelio, que nos apartemos porque así dice el Señor y que ni siquiera toquemos lo inmundo para que El nos reciba y sea para nosotros nuestro Padre Eterno y nosotros Sus hijos (2 Corintios 6:14-18).
*Entendamos que Dios nos ha dado salvacion por su gracia, y quiere que estemos firmes en la fe, para que cuando prediquemos el evangelio aun a personas de corazón muy duro que nada nos turbe, porque a eso Dios nos ha llamado y el nos fortalecerá como verdaderos siervos de Dios.
Hoy es tu día de salvación si te entregas a Jesús declarándolo tu Rey y Señor (Romanos 10:8-13).
Cristo en nosotros nuestra esperanza de gloria y nuestra victoria que nos permite cambiar el mundo (Colosenses 1:27, 1 Corintios 15:10, 57). Aleluya.

Let us clean ourselves of all contamination

Therefore, having these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God. 2 Corinthians 7:1 (NKJV)

World Changer: In today’s verse Paul is speaking and pointing out the importance of being clean of all contamination and that we make perfect our holiness in the fear of God, that by the way, it is not to be afraid it is not wanting to fail Him nor displease Him because we love Him and give Him honor and glory.
*The main promise that we have as God’s children is because we were forgiven from all of our sins and by the grace and our faith in Jesus now we have the promise to receive eternal life when we finish our career here on earth.
Also in this letter, it is said that the children of God no longer walk in an unequal yoke with unbelieving people, because they know that light has no communion with darkness, nor justice with injustice, and of course we are talking about someone who is a believer that he has spoken to an unbeliever over and over and he is not interested in leaving his life of sin and refuses to surrender to God.
God here exhorts us to get out of the midst of all those who reject the gospel over and over again, that we separate ourselves because that is what the Lord says and that we do not even touch the unclean thing so that He receives us and is for us our Eternal Father and we His children (2 Corinthians 6:14-18).
*Let us understand that God has given us salvation by His grace and He wants us to be firmed in the faith so that when we preach the Gospel even to people of a very hard heart, that this may not disturb us because that is why God has called us for and He will strengthen us as true servants of God.
Today is your day of salvation if you surrender to Jesus declaring Him your King and Lord (Romans 10:8-13).
Christ in us our hope of glory and our victory that allows us to change the world (Colossians 1:27, 1 Corinthians 15:10, 57). Hallelujah.
