Dios es paciente con nosotros
El Señor no retarda su promesa, según algunos la tienen por tardanza, sino que es paciente para con nosotros, no queriendo que ninguno perezca, sino que todos procedan al arrepentimiento.
2 Pedro 3:9 (RV1960)
Cambiador del Mundo: No podemos afirmar que exista una sola manera para arrepentirse y tener un encuentro verdadero con Dios, puesto que cada uno de nosotros cuando se convirtió, lo hizo de una forma muy particular y lo mas seguro es que primero hayan pasado muchos años de destrucción y de rechazar el llamado de Dios hasta que finalmente un día el Señor nos quebrantó y nos entregamos a Él.
En todo este capítulo el Apóstol Pedro está hablando del segundo regreso del Señor a la tierra donde establecerá Su reino, y de lo que será el final de los tiempos, porque los cielos y la tierra que existen ahora, están siendo guardados para el fuego que habrá sobre ellos en el día del juicio final y donde serán condenados todos los hombres impíos (2 Pedro 3:7).
Como cristianos tenemos la urgencia de aprender de la Biblia para evitarnos sorpresas cuando nos presentemos delante del tribunal de Cristo donde daremos cuenta de todas las cosas que hayamos hecho buenas o malas (2 Corintios 5:10).
Mucha gente se burla de todo esto que estamos hablando hoy porque no es cristiana, no conoce y mucho menos cree que Dios no retardará su promesa y cumplirá todo lo que está escrito en la Biblia, no ignoremos que para el Señor un día es como mil años y mil años es como un día (2 Pedro 3:8).
*El Señor vendrá sorpresivamente y mucha gente se quedará fuera del plan de salvación y de la vida eterna. Por eso nosotros procuremos andar en santidad pidiendo que la gracia de Dios nunca nos abandone hasta el día de nuestra partida o del regreso de Cristo.
Hoy es tu día de salvación si te arrepientes y te entregas a Jesús. (Romanos 10:8-13).
Cristo en nosotros la esperanza de gloria y nuestra victoria para cambiar el mundo (Colosenses 1:27, 1 Corintios 15:10, 57). Aleluya.

God is patient with us
The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.
2 Peter 3:9 (NKJV)
World Changer: We can’t affirm that there is only one way to repent and have a true encounter with God, since each of us, when converted, did so in a very particular way and it is most likely that many years of destruction and rejecting God’s call have passed until finally one day the Lord broke us and we gave ourselves to Him.
In all this chapter Apostle Peter is talking about the second coming of the Lord to the earth where He will establish His kingdom and what will be the end of times because heaven and earth that exist now are being guarded for the fire that will be over them on the day of final judgment and where all wicked men will be condemned (2 Peter 3:7).
As Christians we have the urgency to learn from the Bible to avoid surprises when we appear before the judgment seat of Christ where we will account for all the things we have done, good or bad (2 Corinthians 5:10).
Many people make fun of all this that we are talking about today because they are not Christians, they do not know and much less believe that God will not delay His promise and will fulfill everything that is written in the Bible, let us not ignore that for the Lord one day is like a thousand years and a thousand years is like a day (2 Peter 3:8).
*The Lord will come surprisingly and many people will be left out of the plan of salvation and eternal life. That is why we try to walk in holiness asking that the grace of God never abandon us until the day of our departure or the return of Christ.
Today is your day of salvation if you repent and surrender to Jesus. (Romans 10:8-13).
Christ in us the hope of glory and our victory to change the world (Colossians 1:27, 1 Corinthians 15:10, 57). Hallelujah.
