Dios nos libra de tribulaciones

Los patriarcas, movidos por envidia, vendieron a José para Egipto; pero Dios estaba con él, y le libró de todas sus tribulaciones, y le dio gracia y sabiduría delante de Faraón rey de Egipto, el cual lo puso por gobernador sobre Egipto y sobre toda su casa.

Cambiador del Mundo: La mayor parte de los cristianos nacidos de nuevo, conocemos la historia de José el hijo de Jacob el cual tuvo un sueño que le contó a sus hermanos y estos llenos de envidia lo vendieron para Egipto donde él pasó muchas tribulaciones por muchos años y sin embargo en los versículos del devocional de hoy, leemos que Dios estaba con él y que le libró de todas sus tribulaciones y le dio gracia y sabiduría y la interpretación de los sueños que tuvo el Faraón, lo cual provocó que lo pusiera por gobernador sobre Egipto y sobre toda su casa, cumpliéndose todo el sueño que él había tenido de adolecente.
Es un desafío a la madurez el analizar detalladamente la historia de este joven y entender cómo pagó un precio muy alto por la visión que Dios le había dado, que le costó ser llevado a Egipto y estar primero de esclavo de Potifar, luego acusado injustamente por la esposa de este hombre la cual lo intentó seducir, mas José se negó por honrar a Dios y cayó preso muchos años, hasta que Dios lo sacó de la prisión para ser el gobernador de Egipto solo por debajo del Faraón.
¿ Qué hubiera pasado si alguno de nosotros hubiera estado en el lugar de José? ¿hubiéramos esperado pacientemente hasta que Dios nos libertara? o ¿nuestra reacción hubiera sido renegar de Dios y apartarnos de la fe?
*No tomemos a la ligera lo que estamos hablando hoy y que Dios nos de Su gracia, sabiduría y misericordia en las tribulaciones.
Hoy es tu día de salvación si te entregas a Cristo y lo declaras tu Rey y Señor para que El sea tu esperanza de gloria y victoria para cambiar el mundo (Romanos 10:8-13, Colosenses 1:27, 1 Corintios 15:10, 57). Aleluya.

God delivers us from tribulations

“And the patriarchs, becoming envious, sold Joseph into Egypt. But God was with him and delivered him out of all his troubles, and gave him favor and wisdom in the presence of Pharaoh, king of Egypt; and he made him governor over Egypt and all his house.
Acts 7:9-10 (NKJV)

World Changer: The great majority of born again Christians know the story of Joseph, Jacob’s son who had a dream and he told his brothers and these filled with envy sold them to Egypt where he spent many tribulations for many years and yet in the verses of today’s devotional, we read that God was with him and that he freed him from all his tribulations and gave him grace and wisdom and the interpretation of the dreams that Pharaoh had, which caused him to make him governor over Egypt and over all his house, fulfilling all the dream had as a teenager.
It is a challenge to maturity to analyze in detail the history of this young man and understand how he paid a very high price for the vision that God had given him, which cost him being taken to Egypt and being first Potiphar’s slave, then unjustly accused by the wife of this man who tried to seduce him, but Joseph refused to honor God and fell prisoner for many years, until God took him out of prison to be the governor of Egypt only below Pharaoh.
What would have happened if any of us had been in José’s place? Would we have waited patiently until God delivered us? Or would our reaction have been to deny God and turn away from the faith?

*Let’s not take lightly what we are talking about today and may God give us His grace, wisdom and mercy in tribulations.
Today is your day of salvation if you give yourself to Christ and declare him your King and Lord so that He may be your hope of glory and victory to change the world (Romans 10:8-13, Colossians 1:27, 1 Corinthians 15:10 , 57). Hallelujah.
