Caminando en fuego para Cristo

Por lo cual te recuerdo que avives el fuego del don de Dios que hay en ti por la imposición de mis manos. Porque no nos ha dado Dios espíritu de cobardía, sino de poder, de amor y de dominio propio.

2 Timoteo 1:6-7 (LBLA)

Cambiador del Mundo: El Apóstol Pablo, estaba enseñando con especial cuidado a su discípulo amado Timoteo, al cual consideraba un hijo en la fe y por esa razón siempre oraba sin cesar para que su llamado en Cristo tuviera impacto en cada ciudad a la que era enviado.
Timoteo era un joven de fe y tenía la herencia espiritual de su abuela Loida y de su madre Eunice, las cuales le habían enseñado la Ley de Dios. Pablo capacitó a Timoteo para que llevara el testimonio de Jesucristo aun al precio de pasar por aflicciones por causa del evangelio que este joven predicaba. El Apóstol también lo exhortó a que nunca se avergonzara de ser un discípulo de Cristo (2 Timoteo 1:1-8).
Nosotros también como cristianos que hemos nacido de nuevo, debemos de estar consciente que nuestra fe todos los días será probada y eso nos debe de animar a seguir alimentándonos de la Palabra de Dios para que el poder del Espíritu Santo en nosotros nos fortalezca y nos haga prevalecer en medio de las pruebas.
*Recordemos que Cristo nos ha dado Su gracia y que ella nos sostendrá hasta su regreso, y por lo tanto nuestra vida no debe estar sustentada por lo que podamos hacer para Dios, sino por lo que Dios estará haciendo por nosotros durante nuestro caminar aquí en la tierra.
Necesitamos también que Dios avive el fuego de Su Espíritu Santo en nuestra vida para que nos deleitemos a cada momento en la presencia y la fragancia de Cristo y que ella se manifieste a otros a través de nuestra vida como siervos de Dios.
Hoy es tu día de salvación si te entregas a Jesús y le permites que El sea tu esperanza de gloria y tu victoria para cambiar el mundo (Romanos 10:8-13, Colosenses 1:27, 1 Corintios 15:10, 57). Aleluya.

Walking in fire for Christ

For this reason I remind you to fan into flame the gift of God, which is in you through the laying on of my hands. For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline.

World Changer: Apostle Paul was teaching with special care to his beloved disciple which he considered a son in the faith and that is why he always prayed without stop so that his call in Christ had an impact in each city he was sent.
Timothy was a young man of faith and he had a spiritual inheritance from his grandmother Loida and his mother Eunice, who had taught him the Law of God. Paul trained Timothy to bear the testimony of Jesus Christ even at the price of going through afflictions because of the gospel that this young man preached. The Apostle also exhorted him to never be ashamed of being a disciple of Christ (2 Timothy 1:1-8).
We also as born again Christians must be aware of our faith will be tested every day and that should cheer us to keep feeding ourselves from God’s Word so that the power of the Holy Spirit in us may strengthen us and make us prevail in the midst of trials.
*Let us remember that Christ has given us His grace and that it will sustain us until His return and therefore our life should not be sustained by what we can do for God, but by what God will be doing for us during our walk here in the earth.
We also need God to enliven the fire of His Holy Spirit in our lives so that we delight every moment in the presence and fragrance of Christ and that it manifests itself to others through our lives as servants of God.
Today is your day of salvation if you give yourself to Jesus and allow Him to be your hope of glory and your victory to change the world (Romans 10:8-13, Colossians 1:27, 1 Corinthians 15:10, 57). Hallelujah.
