Renunciando a lo oculto


Antes bien renunciamos a lo oculto y vergonzoso, no andando con astucia, ni adulterando la palabra de Dios, sino por la manifestación de la verdad recomendándonos a toda conciencia humana delante de Dios.
2 Corintios 4:2 (RV1960)


Cambiador del Mundo: *El Apóstol Pablo le da un consejo a la iglesia de Corinto y especialmente a los que estaban participando en el ministerio, señalándoles que estaban viviendo por la misericordia de Dios y eso impedía que desmayaran en su buen ánimo. Pablo les pidió que renunciaran a lo oculto y vergonzoso y que por ningún motivo adulteraran la Palabra, sino que se esforzaran por predicar la verdad y a vivir bajo la gracia de Dios.
Nada debe de ser diferente para nosotros los cristianos que hemos nacido de nuevo, porque debemos caminar en la luz del evangelio para que nosotros también podamos alumbrar el camino de aquellos que todavía no se entregan a Jesús. Porque nuestra pelea no es contra carne ni sangre sino contra huestes y potestades que pretenden cegar el entendimiento de los incrédulos para que no les resplandezca la luz del evangelio, que testifica de la gloria de Cristo, el cual es la imagen de Dios.
*Dios es el que manda que de las tinieblas resplandezca la luz, porque así sucedió en nuestros corazones el día que nos entregamos a Cristo, por la gracia que a través de El nos ha sido dada (2 Corintios 4:1-6).
*Nuestro mayor desafío será día a día renunciar a todo pensamiento, palabra o acción que quiera separarnos de nuestro caminar con Cristo. Sin lugar a ninguna duda, el enemigo de nuestras almas nos incitará a regresar atrás y dejar a un lado las promesas de vida eterna que hemos recibido, pero más abundante es el amor y la gracia de Dios, para que nos abracemos de todas Sus promesas y nunca regresemos a nuestro pasado oscuro y lleno de pecado.
Hoy es tu día de salvación si te arrepientes y recibes a Jesús para que sea tu esperanza de gloria y victoria que cambia el mundo (Romanos 10:8-13, Colosenses 1:27, 1 Corintios 15:10, 57). Aleluya.

Giving up to what is hidden


But we have renounced the hidden things of shame, not walking in craftiness nor handling the word of God deceitfully, but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man’s conscience in the sight of God.
2 Corinthians 4:2 (NKJV)

World Changer: *Apostle Paul gives advice to the church of Corinth and specially to the ones that were participating in the ministry, pointing out to them that they were living by God’s mercy and that prevented them from fainting in their good spirits. Paul asked them to renounce what is hidden and shameful and not to adulterate the Word for any reason, but to strive to preach the truth and live under the grace of God.
Nothing must be different for us the Christians that have been born again because we must walk in the light of the Gospel so that we can also lighten the path of those that still don’t deliver themselves to Jesus. Because our fight is not against flesh or blood but against hosts and powers that seek to blind the understanding of unbelievers so that the light of the gospel does not shine on them, which testifies to the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.
*God is the one that commands light to shine out of darkness, because that is what happened in our hearts the day we gave ourselves to Christ, by the grace that through Him has been given to us (2 Corinthians 4:1-6).
*Our greatest challenge will be day by day to give up every thought, word or action that wants to separate us from our walk with Christ.
There is no doubt that the enemy of our souls will prompt us to go back and put aside the promises of eternal life that we have received, but more abundant is the love and grace of God, so that we embrace all His promises and never return to our dark and sinful past.
Today is your day of salvation if you repent and receive Jesus to be your world-changing hope of glory and victory (Romans 10:8-13, Colossians 1:27, 1 Corinthians 15:10, 57). Hallelujah.
