La Palabra de Dios no es para contender

Recuérdales esto, exhortándoles delante del Señor a que no contiendan sobre palabras, lo cual para nada aprovecha, sino que es para perdición de los oyentes.
2 Timoteo 2:14 (RV1960)

Cambiador del Mundo: A pesar de que el Apóstol Pablo siempre fue muy fuerte en su fe cristiana, en esta carta a Timoteo él nos exhorta a esforzarnos en la gracia que es en Cristo Jesús y encargarle a hombres fieles que se comporten de una manera cristiana para que puedan enseñar también a otros. Aun a pesar de sufrir penalidades Pablo nos invita a ser buenos soldados de Cristo, predicando la Palabra a quienes verdaderamente quieran oír y ser salvos.
La predicación puede llevarnos a vivir malos momentos y aun persecución, y por eso necesitamos que nuestra fe en Jesús nunca decaiga y que por el amor a los escogidos soportemos esas pruebas, para que también ellos tengan la oportunidad de recibir la salvación que es únicamente a través de la fe en Cristo.
Necesitamos actuar con diligencia para presentarnos aprobados evitando profanas e inútiles contiendas y palabrería, porque conducirán más a la impiedad y dará un mal fruto, porque muchos se perderán desviándose de la verdad y hablando palabra de mentira y de contienda.
Dios conoce a los que son suyos y nos ordena que cuando nos entreguemos a Cristo, nos apartemos de iniquidad y no nos envolvamos en discusiones con aquellos que han renunciado a la fe o que simplemente aborrecen al Hijo de Dios y Su Palabra.
*Así que los hijos de Dios limpiémonos de estas cosas por la gracia que se nos ha dado, y seamos instrumentos de honra, santidad, útiles al Señor y dispuestos para toda buena obra (2 Timoteo 2:1-21).
Desechemos las cuestiones necias porque el siervo del Señor no debe ser contencioso sino amable para con todos y apto para enseñar. (2 Timoteo 2:22-24).
Hoy es tu día de salvación si te entregas a Cristo, para que Él sea tu esperanza de gloria y victoria para cambiar el mundo (Romanos 10:8-13, Colosenses 1:27, 1 Corintios 15:10, 57). Aleluya.

God’s Word is not for contention

Remind them of these things, charging them before the Lord not to strive about words to no profit, to the ruin of the hearers.

World Changer: Despite Apostle Paul was always very strong in his Christian faith, in this letter to Timothy he exhorts us to strive in the grace that is in Christ Jesus and commission faithful men to behave in a Christian way so that they can also teach others. Even in spite of suffering hardships, Paul invites us to be good soldiers of Christ, preaching the Word to those who truly want to hear and be saved.
The preaching can take us to live bad moments and even persecution, and that is why we need that our faith in Jesus never falters and that for the love of the chosen ones we endure those trials, so that they too have the opportunity to receive the salvation that is only through faith in Christ.
We need to act with diligence to present ourselves approved avoiding profane and useless strife and talk, because they will lead more to impiety and will bear bad fruit, because many will be lost deviating from the truth and speaking words of lies and strife.
God knows the ones that are His and commands us that when we surrender ourselves to Christ, let us turn away from iniquity and not get involved in arguments with those who have renounced the faith or who simply hate the Son of God and His Word.
*So God’s children, let us clean ourselves from these things by the grace that has been given to us and let us be instruments of honor, holiness, useful to the Lord and ready for all good work (2 Timothy 2:1-21).
Let’s get rid of foolish questions because the servant of the Lord must not be contentious but kind to everyone and able to teach. (2 Timothy 2:22-24).
Today is your day of salvation if you give yourself to Christ, so that He may be your hope of glory and victory to change the world (Romans 10:8-13, Colossians 1:27, 1 Corinthians 15:10, 57). Hallelujah.
