Por nada estemos afanados

Por nada estéis afanosos, sino sean conocidas vuestras peticiones delante de Dios en toda oración y ruego, con acción de gracias. Filipenses 4:6 (RV1960)

Cambiador del Mundo: El Apóstol Pablo les está enseñando en esta carta a los filipenses, que se regocijaran siempre en Cristo y que su generosidad fuera conocida por todos, porque el regreso del Señor estaría cerca (Filipenses 4:4-5).
*Pablo enseña que los cristianos nacidos de nuevo no deben estar afanados por nada porque tienen por gracia la posibilidad de orar a Dios y presentar con acción de gracias sus peticiones, para que la paz de Dios los guarde y que sus pensamientos estén afirmados en la roca que es Cristo.
Toda la Biblia está llena de consejos para nosotros, que podemos aplicar con fe, por cuanto la Palabra de Dios no tiene fecha de caducidad y siempre es viva y eficaz y más cortante que una espada de dos filos (Hebreos 4:12). El problema es que muchas veces por no tener suficiente fe nos invaden pensamientos que producen totalmente lo contrario a lo que hoy estamos leyendo y nos afanamos y perdemos de vista las promesas del Señor y al final los hechos nos están robando la paz que por ningún motivo Dios quiere que así suceda.
Inclusive más terrible que esto, es que estemos poniendo en duda el poder de Dios que está a la disposición de sus hijos. Por supuesto que por encima de todas nuestras peticiones esta la voluntad de Dios para que estemos sujetos a ella.
Dios quiere que nos ocupemos de lo verdadero, lo honesto, de todo lo justo, puro, amable, de buen nombre, digno de alabanza, en eso pensemos y pongamos en Sus manos nuestra confianza para nuestro sustento y abrigo, porque eso agrada a Dios y permitirá que en Su tiempo, El nos abra las ventanas de los cielos y haga rebosar nuestros graneros.
Hoy es tu día de salvación si permites que Cristo sea tu Señor y Salvador y que sea también tu esperanza de gloria y tu victoria para cambiar el mundo (Romanos 10:8-13, Colosenses 1:27, 1 Corintios 15:10, 57). Aleluya.

Let us not be anxious for nothing

Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. Philippians 4:6 (NKJV)

World Changer: Apostle Paul is teaching to the Philippians in this letter that they always rejoice in Christ and that their generosity be known by all, because the return of the Lord would be near (Philippians 4:4-5).
*Paul teaches that the born again Christians must not be anxious for anything because they have by grace the posibility to pray to God and present themselves with thanksgiving their petitions so that God’s peace keeps them and may their thoughts be established on the rock that is Christ.
The entire Bible is full of advice for us, which we can apply with faith because the Word of God has no expiration date and is always alive and effective and sharper than a two-edged sword (Hebrews 4:12). The problem is that many times, because we do not have enough faith thoughts invade us that produces totally the opposite of what we are reading today and we worry and lose sight of the promises of the Lord and in the end the facts are stealing us the peace that for no reason God wants this to happen.
Even more terrible than this, is that we are questioning the power of God that is available to His children. Of course, above all our requests is the will of God so that we are subject to it.
God wants us to take care of what is true, what is honest, what is just, pure, kind, of good name, worthy of praise, let us think about that and put our trust in His hands for our sustenance and shelter, because that pleases God. and He will allow that in His time, He will open the windows of heaven for us and make our barns overflow.
Today is your day of salvation if you allow Christ to be your Lord and Saviour and may He also be your hope of glory and your victory to change the world (Romans 10:8-13, Colossians 1:27, 1 Corinthians 15:10, 57). Hallelujah.
