Buscando siempre el favor de Dios

Porque ¿busco ahora el favor de los hombres o el de Dios? ¿O me esfuerzo por agradar a los hombres? Si yo todavía estuviera tratando de agradar a los hombres, no sería siervo de Cristo. Gálatas 1:10 (LBLA)

Cambiador del Mundo: Pablo el Apóstol fue el último siervo de Dios que tuvo un encuentro personal con Jesucristo, y eso lo hizo pararse firme en su llamado, y señalaba que él había sido llamado no de parte de los hombres sino por medio de Jesús y de Dios su Padre.
Su temperamento provocaba que en cada ciudad que él llegaba, tuvieran mucho problemas por hablar la verdad y todos querían apedrearlo.
El buscaba que se predicara el evangelio puro, tal cual lo había enseñado en cada ciudad a la que él iba, y precisamente por eso, él no lisonjeaba a nadie ni tampoco permitía que lo lisonjearan, para no provocar que se desviara la persona con la que hablaba y el evangelio que anunciaba.
Se calcula que Pablo predicó un poco más de treinta años hasta que finalmente fue acusado y sentenciado injustamente a pena de muerte, lo que le costó ser decapitado por los romanos y por su malvado emperador Nerón.
Nosotros tenemos el mismo desafío de hablar la verdad sin lisonjear a nadie y tampoco permitir que alguien nos lisonjee, porque en muchas escrituras se nos enseña que el fruto de la lisonja es muerte, tanto para el que la da como para el que la recibe (Salmo 12:2-4,Salmo 5:8-9).
*Necesitamos que la gracia de Dios nos afirme para hablar siempre conforme a la Palabra de Dios, cueste lo que cueste, sobre todo en estos últimos tiempos donde se quiere mal interpretar el amor y la gracia de Dios, pretendiendo que den margen al pecado cuando que el propósito de Dios es santificarnos y salvarnos por medio de Su amor y de Su gracia.
Hoy es tu día de salvación y que que Cristo sea tu esperanza de gloria y tu victoria para cambiar el mundo (Romanos 10:8-13, Colosenses 1:27, 1 Corintios 15:10, 57). Aleluya.

Always looking for God’s favor

Am I now trying to win the approval of human beings, or of God? Or am I trying to please people? If I were still trying to please people, I would not be a servant of Christ.

World Changer: Paul the Apostle was the last servant of God that had a personal encounter with Jesuschrist and that made him stand firm in his call and he pointed out that he had been called not from men but through Jesus and God His Father.
His temperament caused that in each city that he arrived, they had a lot of problems for speaking the truth and everyone wanted to stone him.
He wanted the pure gospel to be preached, just as he had taught it in every city he went to, and precisely for that reason, he did not flatter anyone nor did he allow himself to be flattered, so as not to cause the person with whom he was leading to go astray that he spoke and the gospel that he announced.
It is estimated that Paul preached for a little over thirty years before he was finally accused and wrongly sentenced to death, which cost him beheading by the Romans and their evil emperor Nero.
We have the same challenge to speak the truth without flattering anyone and not allowing someone to flatter us, because in many scriptures we are taught that the fruit of flattery is death, both for the one who gives it and for the one who receives it ( Psalm 12:2-4, Psalm 5:8-9).

*We need God’s grace to afirm us to speak always according to God’s Word, no matter the costs, especially in these last times where they want to misinterpret the love and grace of God, pretending that they give margin to sin when God’s purpose is to sanctify and save us through His love and His grace.
