Juicio y crucifixión de Jesús

Tomaron, pues, a Jesús, y Él salió cargando su cruz al sitio llamado el Lugar de la Calavera, que en hebreo se dice Gólgota, donde le crucificaron, y con Él a otros dos, uno a cada lado y Jesús en medio. Pilato también escribió un letrero y lo puso sobre la cruz. Y estaba escrito: JESÚS EL NAZARENO, EL REY DE LOS JUDÍOS.

Cambiador del Mundo: Todo el mundo conoce la historia de cómo Jesús fue traicionado y entregado por su discípulo Judas Iscariote al consejo de ancianos de los fariseos, y de cómo éstos al no encontrar nada en El, lo llevaron a Pilatos para que fuera juzgado y para que le dieran muerte.
En primera instancia Pilato rechazaba juzgarle y les pidió que lo hicieran bajo la propia ley judía, pero los fariseos no podían darle muerte a nadie, así que le pidieron a Pilato que él lo juzgara y lo crucificara.
Ahora bien podemos leer la historia de todos los falsos argumentos que le atribuyeron a Jesús y aun Pilato tuvo palabras que intercambió con Jesús acerca del poder de Su Reino, por lo que Jesús le explicó: mi Reino no es de este mundo, si mi Reino fuera de este mundo, mis servidores pelearían para que yo no fuera entregado a los judíos, pero mi Reino no es de aquí.
El sacrificio de Jesús en la cruz conllevó negarse a sí mismo hasta la muerte y recibir un castigo injusto que legalmente nos correspondería a nosotros los que si hemos pecado y los que si nos merecemos una muerte eterna, pero el gran amor de Dios y de Jesucristo que resucitó de los muertos nos dan la oportunidad hoy y mientras tengamos vida, de arrepentirnos y ser salvos si nos entregamos a El.
*Que la muerte y resurrección de Jesús sean mas que un sentimiento o un recuerdo, que provoquen un sincero arrepentimiento para que por Su gracia alcancemos la salvación y vida eterna (Romanos 10:8-13).
Cristo en nosotros la esperanza de gloria y nuestra victoria para cambiar el mundo (Colosenses 1:27, 1 Corintios 15:10, 57). Aleluya.

Trial and crucifixion of Jesus

Carrying his own cross, he went out to the place of the Skull (which in Aramaic is called Golgotha). There they crucified him, and with him two others—one on each side and Jesus in the middle. Pilate had a notice prepared and fastened to the cross. It read: JESUS OF NAZARETH, THE KING OF THE JEWS.

World Changer: The whole world knows the story of how Jesus was betrayed and delivered by His disciple Judas Iscariot to the council of elders of the Pharisees, and how they finding nothing in Him, took Him to Pilate to be judged and to be put to death.
At first Pilate refused to judge Him and asked them to do so under Jewish law itself but the Pharisees could not kill anyone, so they asked Pilate to judge Him and crucify Him.
Now we can read the story of all the false arguments that were attributed to Jesus and even Pilate had words that he exchanged with Jesus about the power of His Kingdom, for which Jesus explained to him: my Kingdom is not of this world, if my Kingdom was out of this world, my servants would fight so that I would not be handed over to the Jews; But my kingdom is not from here.
Jesus’s sacrifice on the cross entailed denying Himself to death and receiving an unjust punishment that would legally correspond to us who have sinned and those who do deserve eternal death but the great love of God and of Jesus Christ who rose from the dead to give us the opportunity today and while we have life, to repent and be saved if we give ourselves to Him.
*May the death and resurrection of Jesus be more than a feeling or a memory that provokes a sincere repentance so that by His grace we may attain salvation and eternal life (Romans 10:8-13).
Christ in us the hope of glory and our victory to change the world (Colossians 1:27, 1 Corinthians 15:10, 57). Hallelujah.
