Dios es compasivo y paciente con nosotros
El Señor no se tarda en cumplir su promesa, según algunos entienden la tardanza, sino que es paciente para con vosotros, no queriendo que nadie perezca, sino que todos vengan al arrepentimiento.
2 Pedro 3:9 (LBLA)
Cambiador del Mundo: El Apóstol Pedro en esta carta le hace una exhortación a todos para que tengan memoria de todo lo que han oído de parte del Señor y Salvador Jesucristo y que fue hablado por los Apóstoles.
El nos pide que no nos prestemos a escuchar palabrería dada por burladores que aunque hablan de Jesús, su enfoque está centrado en palabras de conveniencia y además muchos de ellos se burlan del regreso de Jesús por Su pueblo, algo que nadie sabe ni el día ni la hora mas que Dios Padre (Mateo 24:36).
*Nosotros no debemos ignorar esto, que para Dios un día es como mil años, y mil años como un día, así es que nuestra responsabilidad como cristianos nacidos de nuevo, es vivir por gracia cada día, con la mirada puesta en los cielos para que el día que nos presentemos delante del Tribunal de Cristo, podamos escuchar Sus palabras dirigidas a nosotros: bien hecho buen siervo, en lo poco fuiste fiel, en lo mucho te pondré (Mateo 25:23).
Textualmente la Biblia dice que el día del Señor vendrá como ladrón en la noche, en el cual los cielos pasarán con gran estruendo y los elementos ardiendo serán desechos y la tierras y las obras que en ella haya serán quemadas. Puesto que todas estas cosas han de ser desechas, cómo no andaremos de una manera santa y piadosa esperando y apresurándonos para el regreso del Señor, porque nosotros esperamos según sus promesas cielos nuevos y tierra nueva.
Hoy es tu día de salvación si te entregas a Jesús (2 Pedro 3:8-14, Romanos 10:8-13).
Cristo en nosotros nuestra esperanza de gloria y nuestra victoria que cambia el mundo (Colosenses 1:27, 1 Corintios 15:10, 57). Aleluya.

God is compassionate and patient with us
The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.
2 Peter 3:9 (NIV)
World Changer: Apostle Peter in this letter, he makes an exhortation to everybody so they have memory of everything they had heard from the Lord and Saviour Jesuschrist and that was spoken to the Apostles.
He asks us not to listen to the verbiage given by scoffers who, although they speak of Jesus, their focus is centered on words of convenience and also many of them make fun of the return of Jesus for His people, something that nobody knows neither the day nor the hour more than God the Father (Matthew 24:36).
*We must not ignore this, that for God one day is like thousand years and one thousand years like a day, so our responsibility as born again Christians is to live by grace each day, with our eyes placed in heaven so that the day we present ourselves before the Judgment Seat of Christ, we can hear His words addressed to us: well done good servant, you were faithful in a little, I will put you in much (Matthew 25:23).
Textually the Bible says that the day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night, in which the heavens will pass with a great noise and the burning elements will be waste and the land and the works that are in it will be burned. Since all these things have to be discarded, how can we not walk in a holy and pious way waiting and hastening for the return of the Lord because we wait according to His promises new heavens and new earth.
Today is your day of salvation if you surrender to Jesus (2 Peter 3:8-14, Romans 10:8-13).
Christ in us our hope of glory and our world-changing victory (Colossians 1:27, 1 Corinthians 15:10, 57). Hallelujah.
