Hasta que Cristo sea formado en nosotros.

Hijos míos, por quienes de nuevo sufro dolores de parto hasta que Cristo sea formado en vosotros.

Cambiador del Mundo: El celo santo del Apóstol Pablo por explicarle a todos la gran necesidad de que Cristo se formara en ellos, se hace más visible cuando él lo asemeja a sufrir dolores de parto y nos da más claridad para nuestro entendimiento de que no es fácil que esto suceda, porque hay una lucha entre el reino de luz que es de Jesús y el reino de tinieblas que gobierna en esta tierra.
Estos devocionales nacen precisamente después de dieciocho años de dolores de parto en nuestra vida cristiana, dándonos cuenta que era necesario traer luz a muchos hermanos que pensaban que ellos pueden ser buenos o hacer obras agradables a Dios confiando en su propia fuerza, pero frustrándose después de algún tiempo al no conseguirlo.
Así sucedió con Pablo en su carta a los Romanos donde explica claramente que lo que quería hacer no lo hacía y lo que no quería hacer, eso era lo que hacía, entonces aunque la ley de Dios es buena, él se da cuenta que en su propia fuerza (en su carne) por cuanto no habita el bien, él no podía hacer lo que agrada a Dios y siempre estaba haciendo el mal que no quería hacer. Por lo tanto él declara: que si hacía algo que no quería, ya no lo hacía él sino el pecado que vivía en él.
Pablo afirma que era un miserable y se pregunta: quien lo libraría de su cuerpo de muerte? El mismo contestó: gracias doy a Dios por Jesucristo mi Señor, porque yo mismo con la mente sirvo a la ley de Dios, mas con la carne a la ley del pecado (Romanos 7:14-25).
*Busquemos hoy principalmente profundizar en las cartas de Pablo y escudriñemos que solo por la gracia de Dios podremos ser santificados por medio de Jesucristo formado en nosotros. Hoy es tu día de salvación (Romanos 10:13).

Until Christ may be formed in us

My dear children, for whom I am again in the pains of childbirth until Christ is formed in you. Galatians 4:19 (NIV)

World Changer: The holy zeal of the Apostle Paul to explain to everyone the great need for Christ to be formed in them, becomes more visible when he compares it to suffering labor pains and gives us more clarity for our understanding that it is not easy for this to happen , because there is a struggle between the kingdom of light that belongs to Jesus and the kingdom of darkness that rules on this earth.
These devotionals were born precisely after eighteen years of labor pains in our Christian life, realizing that it was necessary to bring light to many brothers who thought that they can be good or do works pleasing to God trusting in their own strength, but getting frustrated after some time by not getting it.
This is what happened with Paul in his letter to the Romans where he clearly explains that what he wanted to do he did not do and what he did not want to do was what he did, so even though God’s law is good, he realizes that in his own strength (in his flesh) because there is no good, he could not do what pleases God and was always doing the evil he did not want to do. Therefore he declares: that if he did something he didn’t want to, it wasn’t him who was doing it, but the sin that lived in him.
Paul affirms that he was a wretch and wonders who would free him from his body of death? He himself answered: I thank God through Jesus Christ my Lord, because I myself serve the law of God with my mind, but with the flesh the law of sin (Romans 7:14-25).
*Let us look today to deepen in Paul’s letters and scrutinize that only by God’s grace we can be sanctified through Jesuschrist formed in us. Today is your day of salvation (Romans 10:13).
