Somos ciudadanos del cielo

Mas nuestra ciudadanía está en los cielos, de donde también esperamos al Salvador, al Señor Jesucristo; el cual transformará el cuerpo de la humillación nuestra, para que sea semejante al cuerpo de la gloria suya, por el poder con el cual puede también sujetar a sí mismo todas las cosas.
Filipenses 3:20-21 (RV1960)

Cambiador del Mundo: No podemos hacer nada menos que regocijarnos ante esta preciosa promesa de que Dios nos predestinó para ser ciudadanos de Su reino en los cielos y si eso fuera nada más nuestro propósito en esta vida, deberíamos sentirnos infinitamente agradecidos por la bondad y el amor del Señor, porque nos regresará a Su presencia el día que terminemos nuestra carrera aquí en la tierra (2 Timoteo 4:8).
En sus últimos días de vida el Apóstol Pablo le enseña y le pide a Timoteo que fuera sobrio en todo, que soportara aflicciones, que hiciera obra de evangelista y que cumpliera su ministerio, porque el Apóstol iba a ser sacrificado pues el tiempo de su partida se había acercado, habiendo peleado la buena batalla de la fe, él tenía la seguridad de que acababa su carrera en victoria y por eso él se presentaría delante de Dios y de Jesús en los cielos para recibir su galardón que Dios Juez Justo le otorgaría y no solo a Pablo sino también a todos los que amamos el regreso de Jesús (2 Timoteo 4:1-7).
*Nosotros también debemos anhelar regresar a la casa de nuestro Padre Celestial, porque esta tierra solo nos ofrece una vida pasajera donde los logros y riquezas alcanzadas serán temporales, se quedarán acá en la tierra, pues nada nos llevaremos a los cielos. Así que preparémonos de hoy en adelante para estar listos al llamado del Señor por Su gracia y por supuesto para regresar a nuestra morada eterna (Juan 14:1-3).
También tu puedes estar preparado para estar eternamente con Jesús si le entregas hoy tu vida (Romanos 10:8-13).
Cristo en nosotros nuestra esperanza de gloria y nuestra victoria que cambia el mundo (Colosenses 1:27, 1 Corintios 15:10, 57). Aleluya.

We are citizens of heaven

For our citizenship is in heaven, from which we also eagerly wait for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, who will transform our lowly body that it may be conformed to His glorious body, according to the working by which He is able even to subdue all things to Himself.
Philippians 3:20-21 (NKJV)

World Changer: We can not do anything less than to rejoice before this precious promise that God predestined us to be citizens of His kingdom in heaven and if that were just our purpose in this life, we should feel infinitely grateful for the goodness and love of the Lord, because He will return us to His presence the day we finish our race here on earth (2 Timothy 4:8).
In his last days alive Apostle Paul teaches and asks Timothy to be sober in everything, that he endure afflictions, that he do the work of an evangelist and that he fulfill his ministry, because the Apostle was going to be sacrificed because the time of his departure had approached, having fought the good fight of faith, he was sure that his career was over in victory and for that he would present himself before God and Jesus in heaven to receive his reward that God the Just Judge would grant him and not only to Paul but also to all of us who love the return of Jesus (2 Timothy 4:1- 7).
*We also must long to return to our Father’s house because this earth only offers us a passing life where the achievements and riches achieved will be temporary, they will stay here on earth, because we will not take anything to heaven. So let us prepare ourselves from now on to be ready for the call of the Lord by His grace and of course to return to our eternal abode (John 14:1-3).
You too can be prepared to be eternally with Jesus if you give your life to Him today (Romans 10:8-13).
Christ in us our hope of glory and our world-changing victory (Colossians 1:27, 1 Corinthians 15:10, 57). Hallelujah.
