Un matrimonio conforme a la Biblia

Así que, como la iglesia está sujeta a Cristo, así también las casadas lo estén a sus maridos en todo. Maridos, amad a vuestras mujeres, así como Cristo amó a la iglesia, y se entregó a sí mismo por ella. Efesios 5:24-25 (RV1960)

Cambiador del Mundo: Cuando somos la primera generación cristiana que rinde su vida a Jesús, tenemos mucha dificultad para entender estos mandamientos que están en la Biblia, porque tanto el esposo como la esposa en los tiempos que vivieron casados sin guardar la palabra de Dios, estaban acostumbrados a hacer cada quién lo que le placía y convenía, pero con toda seguridad pagaron un precio alto y tal vez hasta la destrucción del matrimonio por no haberle dado lugar a Jesús en sus corazones. Si leemos la Palabra de Dios a detalle y le pedimos al Espíritu Santo que nos de entendimiento y la gracia para ponerla por obra, veremos el tremendo cambio que Dios empieza a hacer en ese matrimonio y lo primero es que ahora se pueden tratar con amor, paciencia, respeto y honra, tanto para el hombre como para su esposa. El papel del marido según la Biblia, es el de dirigir su casa y traer provisión cuidado y protección a su esposa e hijos, procurando que ella se sienta segura con el esposo con el que está dispuesta a estar casada por toda una vida. *El papel de una esposa de acuerdo a la Palabra de Dios, es ser una ayuda idónea en todas las áreas donde su esposo la necesite y siempre que un esposo y una esposa se ponen de acuerdo, se convierten en matrimonios prósperos y de gran ejemplo para todos aquellos que les rodean. Junto a un esposo exitoso hay una mujer obediente a Dios. Hoy es el día de ponerse de acuerdo y abrir el corazón para que Jesús pueda sanar nuestros matrimonios (Romanos 10:8-13). Cristo en nosotros nuestra esperanza de gloria y nuestra victoria que cambia el mundo (Colosenses 1:27, 1 Corintios 15:10, 57). Aleluya. *Promesa.

A marriage according to the Bible

Therefore, just as the church is subject to Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in everything. Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself for her.
Ephesians 5:24-25 (NKJV)

World Changer: When we are first Christian generation that surrender our lives to Jesus, we have a hard time understanding this commandments that are in the Bible because both the husband and the wife in the times when they lived married without keeping the word of God, were used to doing each what they pleased and convenient, but surely they paid a high price and perhaps even the destruction of the marriage for not have given place to Jesus in their hearts.
If we read the Word of God to the detail and ask the Holy Spirit to give us understanding and the grace to work on it, we will se the tremendous change that God starts to make in that marriage and the first thing is that now they can be treated with love, patience, respect and honor, both for the man and for his wife.
The role of the husband according to the Bible, is to run his home and bring provision, care and protection to his wife and children, ensuring that she feels safe with the husband to whom she is willing to be married for a lifetime.
*The role of a wife according to the Word of God is to be an ideal help in all areas where her husband needs it and whenever a husband and wife agree, they become prosperous marriages and a great example for all those around them. Along with a successful husband there is a woman obedient to God.
Today is the day to agree and open our hearts so that Jesus can heal our marriages (Romans 10: 8-13).
Christ in us our hope of glory and our world-changing victory (Colossians 1:27, 1 Corinthians 15:10, 57). Hallelujah.
