Que nuestro gozo y vida dependan exclusivamente de Dios.
Porque el reino de Dios no es comida ni bebida, sino justicia, paz y gozo en el Espíritu Santo. Romanos 14:17 (RVR1960)
Cambiador del Mundo: Requerimos como cristianos nacidos de nuevo, que aprendamos a depender total y plenamente del gozo del Señor porque Él lo ha puesto en nosotros a través del Espíritu Santo como nos enseña el Apóstol Pablo en el libro a los Gálatas 5:22 señalándonos que el gozo es un fruto del Espíritu. *Nuestra promesa es la que la Biblia enseña de que el gozo del Señor es nuestra fortaleza y por eso hoy más que nunca aprenderemos a orar día a día que Dios no permita que nada ni nadie nos robe Su gozo en nuestro corazón (Nehemías 8:10). Como leemos en nuestro versículo que encabeza nuestro devocional este día: El reino de Dios no es comida ni bebida, sino recibir la justicia, la paz y el gozo del Señor a través de Su Espíritu Santo, porque el que en esto sirve a Dios, agrada a Dios y es aprobado por todos (Romanos 14:17-18 ). También Pablo nos enseña que el Dios de esperanza nos llenará de todo gozo, de Su paz y de Su fe, para que abundemos en esperanza por medio del poder del Espíritu Santo. Aquí vemos que toda obra de Dios en nosotros empieza derramando Su gozo, Su paz y Su fe en nuestros corazones, por lo que nada debe de turbarnos y preocuparnos si Dios nos ha dado estas promesas. El desafío es poner nuestra fe absolutamente en Dios para que nunca dudemos aunque las circunstancias generen vientos adversos que también con nuestro gozo y nuestra fe, Jesús puede detener (Mateo 8:23-27). Hoy es el día de abrirle a Jesús la puerta de nuestro corazón para ser salvos (Romanos 10:8-13). Cristo en nosotros la esperanza de gloria y nuestra victoria que por Su gracia cambia el mundo (Colosenses 1:27, 1 Corintios 15:10, 57). Aleluya. *Promesa.

May our joy and life depend exclusively on God.
For the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.

World Changer: We require as born-again Christians, that we learn to depend totally and fully on the joy of the Lord because He has put it in us through the Holy Spirit as the Apostle Paul teaches us in the book of Galatians 5:22, pointing out that joy is a fruit of the Spirit.
*Our promise is what the Bible teaches that the joy of the Lord is our strength and that is why today more than ever we will learn to pray day by day that God does not allow anything or anyone to steal His joy from our hearts (Nehemiah 8:10).
As we read in our verse that leads our devotional this day: The kingdom of God is not food or drink, but to receive the justice, peace and joy of the Lord through His Holy Spirit, because he who serves God this way, pleases God and is approved by all (Romans 14: 17-18).
Paul also teaches us that the God of hope will fill us of all joy, His peace and His faith so that we may abound in hope through the power of the Holy Spirit.
Here we see that all work from God in us starts pouring His joy, His peace and His faith in our hearts so nothing must disturb us and worry us if God has given us these promises.
The challenge is to put our faith absolutely in God so that we never doubt even if the circumstances can make adverse winds that also with our joy and our faith Jesus can stop (Matthew 8: 23-27).
Today is the day to open the door of our hearts to Jesus to be saved (Romans 10: 8-13).
Christ in us the hope of glory and our victory who by His grace changes the world (Colossians 1:27, 1 Corinthians 15:10, 57). Hallelujah.
