Lo que cuesta seguir a Cristo.

Y cualquiera que haya dejado casas, o hermanos, o hermanas, o padre, o madre, o mujer, o hijos, o tierras, por mi nombre, recibirá cien veces más, y heredará la vida eterna.

Cambiador del Mundo: Jesús nos da el mejor ejemplo de lo que es caminar en santidad y propósito eterno, pues El mismo se despojó de Su deidad y se hizo hombre y como tal se humilló hasta la muerte de cruz, por lo cual Dios lo exaltó hasta lo sumo y le dio un nombre que es sobre todo nombre y toda rodilla se doblará delante de Él, en los cielos, en la tierra y debajo de la tierra (Filipenses capítulo 2). Cuánto más nosotros debemos pagar el precio de negarnos a nosotros mismos, tomar nuestra cruz y seguir a Cristo, sabiendo que eso nos costará padre, madre, hermanos, cónyuge, propiedades, proyectos, y toda una serie de asuntos que planeamos antes de Cristo. Pero cualquiera que obedezca, Dios mismo le devolverá cien veces más y heredará la vida eterna. Sin duda alguna Mateo el Apóstol tenía bien claro que los principales problemas de un cristiano nacido de nuevo, comenzarán en su propia casa, y si es soltero con su propia familia y los enemigos de un cristiano serán los más cercanos a él. El que ame a padre o madre más que a Jesús, no es digno de Él. El que ame a hijo o hija más que a Jesús, tampoco es digno de Él. *El que trate de conservar su vida y se la niegue a Dios, éste la perderá. Pero el que pierda su vida por causa de Cristo, ese la ganará y disfrutará por toda la eternidad (Mateo 10:34-39). Hoy es el día de tomar la decisión de seguir a Cristo y pagar el precio de un llamado que vaya acompañado de integridad y amor incondicional a Dios y a nuestro Señor Jesucristo (Romanos 10:8-13). Que el amor y la gracia de Dios permita que Cristo sea nuestra esperanza de gloria y nuestra victoria para cambiar el mundo (Colosenses 1:27, 1 Corintios 15:10, 57). Aleluya. *Promesa.

What it costs to follow Christ

And everyone who has left houses or brothers or sisters or father or mother or wife or children or lands, for My name’s sake, shall receive a hundredfold, and inherit eternal life.

World Changer: Jesus gives us the best example of what is to walk in holiness and eternal purpose for He Himself emptied Himself of His deity and became man and as such He humbled Himself to death on the cross, for which God exalted Him to the utmost and gave Him a name that is above all names and every knee will bow before Him in heaven, on earth, and under the earth (Philippians chapter 2).
How much more must we pay the price of denying ourselves, taking up our cross and following Christ, knowing that it will cost us father, mother, brothers, spouse, property, projects, and a whole series of matters that we plan before Christ. But whoever obeys, God Himself will give back a hundred times more and they will inherit eternal life.
No doubt for Apostle Matthew it was clear that the main problems of a born again Christian will begin in his own home, and if he is single with his own family and the enemies of a Christian will be the closest to him. Whoever loves father or mother more than Jesus is not worthy of Him. Whoever loves son or daughter more than Jesus is not worthy of Him.
*Whoever tries to preserve his life and denies it to God will lose it. But whoever loses his life for Christ’s sake will gain it and enjoy it for all eternity (Matthew 10: 34-39).
Today is the day to make the decision to follow Christ and pay the price of a call that would go accompanied with integrity and unconditional love to God and our Lord Jesuschrist (Romans 10:8-13).
May the love and grace of God allows that Christ may be our hope of glory and our victory to change the world ((Colossians 1:27, 1 Corinthians 15:10, 57). Hallelujah.
