Nuestro gozo está en Cristo

Para conceder que a los que lloran en Sión se les dé diadema en vez de ceniza, aceite de alegría en vez de luto, manto de alabanza en vez de espíritu abatido; para que sean llamados robles de justicia, plantío del Señor, para que Él sea glorificado.

Cambiador del Mundo: No tenemos en claro que significa el gozo verdadero hasta que entregamos nuestra vida a Jesús. Porque lo que el mundo le llama felicidad ni es duradera, ni es generosa ya que podemos ver que la felicidad de algunos se basa en la tristeza de otros. Pero cuando somos cristianos nacidos de nuevo, experimentamos el gozo del Señor que no depende de las riquezas materiales, o de fama, sino exclusivamente de que ahora estamos descansando en Jesús y cuidando de nuestra salvación y vida eterna (Filipenses 2:12-16). Los hijos de Dios sabemos que por medio de nuestra fe en Jesús, hemos recibido las promesas que claramente la Biblia nos ofrece y como está escrito en el versículo de hoy de Isaías, aun a los afligidos de Sión recibirán gloria en lugar de ceniza, y óleo de gozo en lugar de luto, alegría en lugar de angustia. Por lo tanto el Hijo de Dios tiene esta promesa para cualquier persona en el mundo que desee arrepentirse, confesar su pecado y recibirle a Él como su Señor y Salvador sin excluir a nadie (Romanos 2:11). *Aun a pesar de las pruebas que sobrevengan pidámosle a Dios que nos mantenga en Su gozo, porque sabemos que esta vida es temporal pero el gozo del Señor es eterno y será siempre nuestra fortaleza (Nehemías 8:10). Hoy es el día de que recibamos a Jesús como nuestro Salvador y Señor si aún no lo hemos hecho (Romanos 10:8-13). Y que por la gracia de Dios, Cristo sea nuestra esperanza de gloria y nuestra victoria que cambia el mundo (Colosenses 1:26-27, 1 Corintios 15:10, 57). Aleluya. *Promesa.

Our joy is in Christ

To console those who mourn in Zion, To give them beauty for ashes, The oil of joy for mourning, The garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; That they may be called trees of righteousness, The planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified.»

Isaiah 61:3 (NKJV)

World Changer: We are not clear about what true joy means until we give our lives to Jesus. Because what the world calls happiness is neither lasting nor generous since we can see that the happiness of some is based on the sadness of others.
But when we are born again Christians, we We experience the joy of the Lord that does not depend on material wealth, or fame, but exclusively on the fact that we are now resting in Jesus and caring for our salvation and eternal life (Philippians 2: 12-16).
We, the children of God know that through our faith in Jesus we have received the promises that the Bible clearly offers us and as it is written in today´s verse from Isaiah, even to the afflicted of Zion they will receive glory instead of ashes, and the oil of joy instead of mourning, joy instead of anguish. Therefore the Son of God has this promise for anyone in the world who wishes to repent, confess their sin and receive Him as their Lord and Savior without excluding anyone (Romans 2:11).
*Even despite the trials that come, let us ask God to keep us in His joy, because we know that this life is temporary but the joy of the Lord is eternal and will always be our strength (Nehemiah 8:10).
Today is the day we receive Jesus as our Savior and Lord if we haven’t already (Romans 10: 8-13).
And may Christ be our hope of glory and our world-changing victory by God’s grace (Colossians 1: 26-27, 1 Corinthians 15:10, 57). Hallelujah.
