El poder es de Dios.
Pero recibiréis poder, cuando haya venido sobre vosotros el Espíritu Santo, y me seréis testigos en Jerusalén, en toda Judea, en Samaria, y hasta lo último de la tierra.

Cambiador del Mundo: El mundo pierde el tiempo buscando tener poder para desarrollar su egoísmo, soberbia e iniquidad, y esto se origina porque la gente que está viviendo para estas metas, no conocen a Dios ni mucho menos Su Palabra. Antes de regresar al cielo, después de toda Su obra de redención aquí en la tierra, Jesucristo les encargó a Sus apóstoles lo que tendrían que hacer para recibir poder junto con el Espíritu Santo de Dios, para predicar el evangelio en todas las naciones. Estas palabras solo las entenderá una persona cristiana que ha nacido de nuevo y ahora disfruta de la gracia y el amor de Jesús en su vida. *Un cristiano lleno del poder de Dios, es sin lugar a duda una persona que ha entendido quién es, hacia dónde se dirige y para qué vino a la tierra. Esta identidad y entendimiento solamente pueden venir de tomar la Palabra de Dios como la instrucción divina y nuestro manual de vida, por lo tanto la única manera de ir en contra de la maldad de este mundo, es permitiendo que el carácter y la vida misma de Cristo se forme en nosotros por medio del poder del Espíritu Santo. Pablo lo enseñó en su carta a los Gálatas a quienes dijo que estaba sufriendo como dolores de parto y lo iba a soportar hasta que Cristo se formara en todos ellos (Gálatas 3:19). Podemos concluir pidiéndole a Dios que no permita que seamos desviados de nuestra fe y confianza en El, aunque sabemos que la batalla en el día a día de nuestra vida va a ser imposible para el hombre pero posible para Dios. Cristo quiere entrar hoy a tu vida si le abres tu corazón (Romanos 10:8-13). Y por la gracia de Dios que Cristo sea en nosotros nuestra esperanza de gloria y nuestra victoria que cambia el mundo (Colosenses 1:26-27, 1 Corintios 15:10, 57). Aleluya.

The power is from God
But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”
Acts 1:8 (NIV)
World Changer: The world wastes time seeking to have power to develop their selfishness, pride and iniquity, and this originates because the people who are living for these goals, do not know God, much less His Word.
Before returning to heaven, after all His work of redemption here on earth, Jesus Christ entrusted His apostles with what they would have to do to receive power together with the Holy Spirit of God, to preach the gospel in all nations. These words will only be understood by a Christian person who has been born again and now enjoys the grace and love of Jesus in his life.
*A Christian filled with the power of God, no doubt is a person that has understood who he or she is, where he or she is going and why he or she came to earth. This identity and understanding can only come from taking the Word of God as divine instruction and our manual of life, therefore the only way to go against the evil of this world, is to allow the character and life of Christ formed in us through the power of the Holy Spirit. Paul taught it in his letter to the Galatians whom he said was suffering like birth pains and was going to endure it until Christ was formed in all of them (Galatians 3:19).
We can conclude by asking God not to allow us to be diverted from our faith and trust in Him, although we know that the battle in our day-to-day lives is going to be impossible for man but possible for God.
Christ wants to enter your life today if you open your heart to Him (Romans 10: 8-13).
And by the grace of God, may Christ be in us our hope of glory and our world-changing victory (Colossians 1: 26-27, 1 Corinthians 15:10, 57). Hallelujah.
