Los fariseos piden señales.

Entonces respondieron algunos de los escribas y de los fariseos, diciendo: Maestro, deseamos ver de ti señal. El respondió y les dijo: La generación mala y adúltera demanda señal; pero señal no le será dada, sino la señal del profeta Jonás. Porque como estuvo Jonás en el vientre del gran pez tres días y tres noches, así estará el Hijo del Hombre en el corazón de la tierra tres días y tres noches.

Cambiador del Mundo: Su maldad y ataque constante en contra de Jesús de los escribas y fariseos, era una muestra más de su ceguera y sordera espiritual, y aunque presumían delante del pueblo que ellos eran los maestros de la Ley, no eran nada delante del Hijo de Dios nuestro Señor Jesucristo. Siempre que se acercaban a Jesús, lo hacían con un doble propósito y tendiéndole trampas para tener evidencia y acusarlo al malvado gobierno del imperio romano, pero Jesucristo siempre les contestaba de una manera certera y la locura de los religiosos se hacía todavía más manifiesta. Aun las señales que ellos veían, no les era suficiente y seguían pidiendo más y más evidencia de que Jesús era el Cristo. Pero Él les respondió acerca de la historia de Jonás que los fariseos conocían y les aclaró que ahí estaría el Hijo del Hombre, en el corazón de la tierra tres días y tres noches, pero ellos tampoco lo entendieron.

*Nosotros como cristianos nacidos de nuevo, debemos de dejar de pedir señales y en su lugar, hablar con Dios palabra humilde y sincera, dando gracias por todo lo que ha hecho con nosotros, empezando con nuestra salvación y si solo esto sucede en nuestro caminar cristiano, demos gracias al Altísimo, pero nunca más nos quejemos con Dios como si mereciéramos algo. Cristo te ama y quiere librarte de un lago de fuego, donde estarán los rebeldes e incrédulos por la eternidad (Romanos 10:8-13). Cristo en nosotros nuestra esperanza de gloria y nuestra victoria que por Su amor y gracia nos permite predicar el Evangelio para cambiar el mundo (Colosenses 1:26-27, 1 Corintios 15:10,57, Mateo 28:19-20, Juan 15:12-13). The Pharesees asking for signs

Then some of the scribes and Pharisees answered, saying, «Teacher, we want to see a sign from You.» But He answered and said to them, «An evil and adulterous generation seeks after a sign, and no sign will be given to it except the sign of the prophet Jonah. For as Jonah was three days and three nights in the belly of the great fish, so will the Son of Man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth. Matthew 12 :38-40 (NKJV)

World Changer: The wickedness and constant attack of the Scribes and Pharesees against Jesus was a demostration of their spiritual blindness and deafness and even when they show off before the people that they were the teachers of the Law, they were not anything before the Son of God our Lord Jesuschrist.
When they got close to Jesus they always did it with a doble purpose and putting tramps on Him to have evidence against Him and accuse Him before the evil government of the Roman empire, but Jesuschrist always answered in a certain way and the madness of the religious were still manifested.
Even the signs they saw was not enough and they kept asking for more and more evidence that Jesus was the Christ. But He answered about the story of Jonah that the Pharesees knew and He made it clear that the Son of Man would be there in the heart of the earth for three days and three nights but they didn’t understand it either.
*We as born again Christians must stop asking for signs and instead talk with God humble and sincere words, giving thanks for everything He has done with us, starting with our salvation and if this happens only in our Christian walk, let us give thanks to the Most High but let us not complain with God as if we deserve something.
Christ loves you and wants to free you from a lake of fire where the rebels and unbelievers will be for an etenity (Romans 10:8-13).
