Jesús es sepultado

Cuando llegó la noche, vino un hombre rico de Arimatea, llamado José, que también había sido discípulo de Jesús.  Este fue a Pilato y pidió el cuerpo de Jesús. Entonces Pilato mandó que se le diese el cuerpo. Y tomando José el cuerpo, lo envolvió en una sábana limpia, y lo puso en su sepulcro nuevo, que había labrado en la peña; y después de hacer rodar una gran piedra a la entrada del sepulcro, se fue. 
Y estaban allí María Magdalena, y la otra María, sentadas delante del sepulcro.

Cambiador del Mundo: Jesús fue sepultado por un hombre rico que solicitó el cuerpo al gobernador Pilato. Quizá en el corazón de los seguidores de Jesús había además de tristeza un poco de desconcierto, porque ahora el Maestro e Hijo de Dios, estaba muerto y había sido sepultado.
Las escrituras hablaban de todo esto, pero el momento indudablemente fue demasiado fuerte para ellos.
Al día siguiente el sábado llegaron los principales sacerdotes y fariseos ante Pilato, con la exigencia de poner guardias ante la tumba de Jesús, porque se habían acordado que el Hijo de Dios había prometido: después de tres días resucitaré. Y por cierto los fariseos se refirieron de Jesús como aquel engañador (Mateo 27:62-63).
Así que le pidieron a Pilato que asegurara el sepulcro hasta el tercer día para evitar que vinieran los discípulos de Jesús de noche y robaran el cuerpo y luego le dijeran al pueblo que El había resucitado de entre los muertos, porque “será el postrer error peor que el primero” fue una expresión totalmente irreverente de parte de los fariseos que eran hombres religiosos pero sin la revelación de quién es Jesús el Hijo de Dios.
Y Pilato les respondió: ahí tienes una guardia, vayan al sepulcro y asegúrenlo como ustedes piden.
Entonces ellos fueron y aseguraron el sepulcro sellando la piedra poniendo la guardia (Mateo 27:65-66).
Ese sábado es el día más triste para los cristianos de todas las épocas pero tenía que suceder para que se cumpliera todo lo que las escrituras y los profetas hablaron de Jesús el Hijo de Dios. Amén.

Jesus is buried

Now when evening had come, there came a rich man from Arimathea, named Joseph, who himself had also become a disciple of Jesus. This man went to Pilate and asked for the body of Jesus. Then Pilate commanded the body to be given to him. When Joseph had taken the body, he wrapped it in a clean linen cloth, and laid it in his new tomb which he had hewn out of the rock; and he rolled a large stone against the door of the tomb, and departed. And Mary Magdalene was there, and the other Mary, sitting opposite the tomb.

World Changer: Jesus was buried by a rich man that asked for the body to the governor Pontious Pilate.
Maybe in the heart of Jesus’s followers there was sadness plus a bit of bewilderment because now the Master and Son of God was dead and had been buried.
The scriptures spoke of all this but the moment was undoubtely too strong for them.
On the next day, on Saturday, the high priests and Pharesees arrived before Pontious Pilate with the demand to put guards before Jesus’s tumb because they remembered that the Son of God had promised that after three days He will be resurrected. And by the way, the Pharesees referred to Jesus like that deceiver (Matthew 27:62-63).
So they asked Pilate to secure the grave until the third day to avoid the disciples to come at night and steal the body and then tell the people He had been resurrected among the dead because «it will be the last mistake worse than the first». It was an expression totally irreverent from the Pharesees that were religious men but without the revelation of who is Jesus the Son of God.
And Pilate responded: there you have a guard, go to the grave and secure it as you ask.
Then they went and secured the grave sealing the stone placing the guard (Matthew 27:65-66).
That saturday is the saddest day for Christians of all times but it had to happen so it may be fulfilled what the Scriptures and prophets spoke of Jesus the Son of God. Amén.
