Entrar por la puerta estrecha.

Entrad por la puerta estrecha; porque ancha es la puerta, y espacioso el camino que lleva a la perdición, y muchos son los que entran por ella; porque estrecha es la puerta, y angosto el camino que lleva a la vida, y pocos son los que la hallan.

Cambiador del Mundo: Necesitamos entender que seguir a Jesús como cristianos nacidos de nuevo, representa darle la espalda al pecado de este mundo, a sus falsas riquezas, a su corto tiempo de fama y prosperidad para entregarnos de por vida a los brazos de Jesús. Cuando venimos a Cristo entramos por la puerta estrecha y por el camino angosto, ya que muchos de los que antes caminaban con nosotros no querrán hacerlo más (1 Pedro 4:4-8), incluyendo desde luego a personas de nuestra familia como también lo declaró el Señor: no penséis que he venido a traer paz a la tierra; no he venido para traer paz sino espada, y aun muchos entrarán en disensión, el hombre contra su padre, la hija contra su madre y la nuera contra su suegra, y los enemigos del hombre serán los de su casa. El que ama padre o madre más que a mí, no es digno de mí; el que ama a hijo o hija más que a mí, no es digno de mí; y el que no toma su cruz y sigue en pos de mí, no es digno de mí. El que halla su vida, la perderá; y el que pierda su vida por causa de mí, la hallará (Mateo 10:34-39). *Solo la vida de Cristo en nosotros derramando Su amor y gracia desde del día que nos convertimos, podrá sostenernos en nuestro caminar cristiano, porque en lo natural, nadie pudiera hacer y resistir lo que Dios nos manda en estos versículos, pero el Espíritu Santo de Dios en nosotros, sí puede hacer la obra si se lo pedimos. Cristo te ama y quiere ser tu esperanza de gloria y quiere ser tu Rey y Señor para cambiar el mundo (Colosenses 1:26-27, Romanos 10:8-13, Mateo 28:19-20). Aleluya.

«Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it.
Matthew 7:13-14 (NKJV)

World Changer: We need to understand that to follow Jesus as born-again Christians represent turning your back to the sin of this world, to its false riches, to its short time of fame and prosperity to deliver ourselves into the arms of Jesus for life. When we come to Christ we enter through the narrow door and the narrow way, since many of those who used to walk with us will not want to do it anymore (1 Peter 4: 4-8), including of course people from our family as well as declared the Lord: do not think that I have come to bring peace on earth; I have not come to bring peace but a sword, and even many will enter into dissension, the man against his father, the daughter against her mother and the daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law, and the enemies of man will be those of their house.
He who loves father or mother more than me is not worthy of me; Whoever loves a son or daughter more than me, he is not worthy of me; and whoever does not take his cross and follow me, he is not worthy of me.
Whoever finds his life will lose it; and whoever loses his life for my sake, he will find it (Matthew 10: 34-39).

*Only the life of Christ in us, pouring out His love and grace from the day we are converted, will be able to sustain us in our Christian walk, because in the natural, no one could do and resist what God commands us in these verses, but the Holy Spirit of God in us, He can do the work if we ask Him to.
Christ loves you and wants to be your hope of glory and He wants to be your King and Lord to change the world (Colossians 1: 26-27, Romans 10: 8-13, Matthew 28: 19-20). Hallelujah.
