Cambiador del Mundo: El mundo celebra hoy un amor emocional de conveniencia y egoísta, porque está basado en el sentir del Yo, y no tiene la mínima preocupación por el sentir del Tu de la otra persona, a la que supuestamente se le está compartiendo el amor, al que por cierto se le llama fileo. Pero el amor de Cristo es el amor ágape, el que lo dio todo en la cruz del calvario por todos los pecadores a cambio de nada. Es un amor incondicional que piensa en los demás y no en uno mismo. Es un amor de compromiso, de pacto que aun da la vida por su prójimo. En el evangelio de Juan, Jesús mismo dijo: un mandamiento nuevo os doy, que se amen unos a otros, como Yo os he amado. También dijo que seremos Sus discípulos si tenemos amor los unos con los otros (Juan 15:34-35). En la misma carta de Juan, Jesús volvió a mencionar: este es mi mandamiento, que os améis unos a otros, como Yo os he amado. Nadie tiene más amor que este, que uno ponga la vida por sus amigos (Juan 15:12-13). En el Antiguo Testamento el Señor hablaba que amemos a nuestro prójimo como a nosotros mismos, pero en el Nuevo Testamento Jesús dijo que debemos amar como Dios amó, hasta la muerte. En esto se ha perfeccionado el amor en nosotros, para que tengamos confianza en el día del juicio. En el amor no hay temor porque el perfecto amor echa fuera el temor, de modo que el que teme es porque no conoce a Dios, y es por la sencilla razón de que no ha sido perfeccionado en el amor, o sea no ha madurado lo suficiente para amar a alguien. Por último nosotros sabemos y creemos el amor que Dios tiene para con nosotros, porque Dios es amor y el que permanece en amor, permanece en Dios y Dios en El (Juan 4:16-18), vamos a cambiar el mundo. World Changer: Today the world celebrates an emotional and selfish love of convenience because it is based in feeling what «I» feel and it does not have the slightest concern for the feeling of the «You» of the other person, who is supposedly sharing love, which by the way is called filo.
But the love of Christ is the agape love, the one who gave everything on the cross of Calvary for all sinners in exchange for nothing. It is an unconditional love that thinks of others and not of oneself.
It is a love of commitment, of a covenant that still gives its life for its neighbor.
In the Gospel of John, Jesus Himself said: a new commandment I give you, that you love one another, as I have loved you.
He also said that we will be His disciples if we have love with one another (John 15: 34-35).
In the same letter of John, Jesus mentioned again: this is my commandment, that you love one another, as I have loved you. No one has more love than this, that one puts his or her life for his or her friends (John 15: 12-13).
In the Old Testament, the Lord spoke that we love our neighbor as ourselves, but in the New Testament Jesus said that we should love as God loved, until death.
In this, the love in us has been perfected so that we have confidence in the day of the judgment. In love, there is no fear because perfect love casts out fear so that he or she who fears is because he or she does not know God, and it is for the simple reason that he or she has not been perfected in love, that is, he or she has not matured. Enough to love someone.
Finally, we know and believe the love that God has for us because God is love and he or she who remains in love, remains in God and God in him or her (John 4: 16-18). Let us change the world. Hallelujah.
