No a nosotros, Señor, no a nosotros, sino a tu nombre sea dada la gloria, por tu misericordia, por tu fidelidad. ¿Por qué han de decir las naciones: ¿Dónde está ahora su Dios?

Salmos 115:1-2 (LBLA)

Cambiador del Mundo: Este Salmo habla con una gran profundidad acerca del espíritu de idolatría que rodea a todo ser humano seduciéndolo para poner en duda la fidelidad de Dios. La gran mayoría de los que nos entregamos a Cristo, y lo hemos declarado nuestro Rey y Salvador, venimos de ese trasfondo religioso idólatra y pecador, porque obviamente ningún ídolo de cera, de bronce ni de madera, o de ningún otro material, tienen vida. Y por lo tanto no pueden ver, ni oír, ni caminar y mucho menos ayudar a alguien a resolver un problema físico o espiritual. Pero por cuanto venimos de familias religiosas, la gran mayoría de nosotros, no nos percatamos de todo esto hasta que no tuvimos un problema fuerte y serio que se salió de nuestras manos y no tuvimos forma de resolverlo sino hasta que llegamos a Dios y le pedimos perdón por todo nuestro pecado, empezando principalmente por el de idolatría. Hemos heredado el ADN espiritual de nuestras familias y la gran mayoría de ellas eran súper entregadas a los ídolos y con una vida religiosa que no agradaba a Dios, porque de palabra lo honraban, pero su corazón estaba lejos y por lo tanto su testimonio estaba fuera de orden con respecto a la Palabra de Dios, la Santa Biblia (Isaías 29:13). ¿Por qué unos sí y otros no pueden abrir los ojos espirituales para entender todo esto? La mejor respuesta a esto, la tendremos en los cielos, pero demos gracias a Dios y clamemos por aquellos que todavía no conocen a Cristo íntimamente y tampoco Su Palabra las Sagradas Escrituras, que son las únicas que nos pueden quitar el velo para empezar a caminar como hijos de Dios (2 Timoteo 3:14-17). Hoy es el día de revisar nuestra vida y saber a quién estamos sirviendo y darnos cuenta si estamos viviendo una vida que agrade a Dios y lo ponga en primer lugar siempre (Mateo 6:33). Aleluya.

Psalms 115:1-2 1

World Changer: This Psalm speaks with great deepness about the spirit of idolatry that surrounds al human beings seducing him to put in doubt the fidelity of God. The great majority of the people that deliver themselves to Christ have declared Him our King and Saviour, we come from that idolatrous and sinful religious background, because obviously no idol of wax, bronze or wood, or any other material, have life. And therefore they cannot see, hear, or walk, let alone help someone solve a physical or spiritual problem. But because we come from religious families, the great majority of us don’t realize about this until we had a big and serious problem that got out of our hands and we had no way of solving it until we reached God and apologized for all our sins, starting mainly with that of idolatry. We have inherited the spiritual DNA of our families and the vast majority of them were super delivered to idols and with a religious life that did not please God, because they honored Him by word but His heart was far away and therefore their testimony was out of order regarding the Word of God, the Holy Bible (Isaiah 29:13). Why can’t some people open their spiritual eyes to understand all this? The best answer to this, we will have in heaven but let’s thank God and cry out for those who still do not know Christ intimately and neither does His Word the Holy Scriptures, which are the only ones that can take away the veil to start walking as children of God (2 Timothy 3: 14-17). Today is the day to review our life and know who we are serving and realize if we are living a life that pleases God and always puts Him first (Matthew 6:33). Hallelujah.
