 Hemos sido el oprobio de nuestros vecinos, escarnio y burla de los que nos rodean.  ¿Hasta cuándo, Señor? ¿Estarás airado para siempre? ¿Arderán como fuego tus celos?  Derrama tu furor sobre las naciones que no te conocen, y sobre los reinos que no invocan tu nombre.

Salmos 79:4-6 (LBLA)

Cambiador del Mundo: En los versículos de este Salmo, podemos entender que el pueblo de Dios estaba clamando por su seguridad y su paz ya que estaban siendo atacados y burlados por sus vecinos y en esos momentos de desesperación siempre se acordaban de Dios y aun le reclamaban por qué seguía El molesto contra ellos y por qué no estaba el Señor peleando sus batallas para protegerlos.

Lo que estaba sucediendo es que Israel siempre vivía en una constante rebelión y por mucho que Dios les diera palabra a través de Moisés o de Sus otros Profetas, ellos hacían lo que les daba la gana y cuando se veían amenazados o golpeados, entonces se volvían unos escarnecedores (burladores) y venían a Dios como si ellos fueran inocentes de su pecado y le reclamaban del por qué no los estaba defendiendo.

No creo que eso solo haya pasado en la antigüedad porque que si leemos en la Biblia el Nuevo Testamento, también hay situaciones donde el hombre por su falta de gratitud y su irreverencia a Dios, fue entregado por el Señor mismo a un corazón entenebrecido y después a una mente reprobada para hacer cosas que no convienen (Romanos 1:18-32).
Lo triste es que si no nos arrepentimos de estar caminando fuera de la voluntad de nuestro Creador, vamos a acabar llenos de injusticia, avaricia, sin afecto natural, siendo desleales, y con el mayor peligro de que habiendo entendido el juicio de Dios, puesto que estamos en peligro eterno, todavía nos juntemos con gente que se complace en este pecado.

Demos marcha atrás porque mientras estemos vivos, podremos arrepentirnos y rendirnos totalmente a Jesús, para que entonces seamos guardados bajo la sombra del Altísimo y hallemos descanso para nuestras almas (Romanos 10:8-13, Mateo 11:28-30, Salmo 91). Aleluya.

We are become a reproach to our neighbours, a scorn and derision to them that are round about us. How long, Lord? wilt thou be angry for ever? shall thy jealousy burn like fire? Pour out thy wrath upon the heathen that have not known thee, and upon the kingdoms that have not called upon thy name.

Psalms 79:4-6 (KJV)

World Changer: In the verses of this Psalm we can understand that the people of God were crying out for their security and peace because they were being attacked and mocked at by their neighbors and in those moments of despair they always remembered God and they even asked Him why He was still angry with them and why the Lord was not fighting their battles to protect them.
What was happening was that Israel always lived in a constant rebellion and however much God gave them a word through Moses or His other Prophets, they did what they wanted and when they were threatened or beaten, then they turned into mockers and they came to God as if they were innocent of their sin and demanded of Him why He was not defending them.
I do not believe that this has only happened in ancient times because if we read the New Testament in the Bible, there are also situations where the man, for his lack of gratitude and his irreverence to God, was delivered by the Lord Himself to a darkened heart and then to a reprobate mind to do things that are not convenient (Romans 1: 18-32).
The sad thing is that if we do not repent of being walking out of the will of our God, we are going to end filled with injustice, greed, without natural affection, being disloyal, and with the greatest danger that having understood the judgment of God, since we are in eternal danger, we still meet with people who take pleasure in this sin.
Let’s back down because while we are alive, we can repent and surrender ourselves totally to Jesus so that we are then kept under the shadow of the Most High and find rest for our souls (Romans 10: 8-13, Matthew 11: 28-30, Psalm 91). Hallelujah.

Oh Dios, las naciones han invadido tu heredad; han profanado tu santo templo; han dejado a Jerusalén en ruinas. Han dado los cadáveres de tus siervos por comida a las aves del cielo, la carne de tus santos a las fieras de la tierra. Como agua han derramado su sangre alrededor de Jerusalén; y no hubo quien les diera sepultura.

Salmos 79:1-3 (LBLA)

Cambiador del Mundo: Una de las ocasiones más tristes para el pueblo de Judá y la ciudad de Jerusalén fue cuando Nabucodonosor derrumbó sus muros la quemó dando muerte a sus habitantes y se derramó sangre que corrió como agua en los alrededores de la ciudad y no hubo quien los enterrase. El Profeta Jeremías fue el mensajero que Dios envió para advertirle al pueblo de que tenían que regresar a su primer amor como cuando andaban en pos de Dios en el desierto en tierra no sembrada. Santo era Israel al Señor, eran como primicias de sus nuevos frutos y no había quien los atacara, porque mal enviaba el Todopoderoso a sus agresores (Jeremías 2:1-3). Muchas veces fueron advertidos por su Creador que no se entregaran a la vanidad que no se hicieran vanos que no se alejaran de Él y de Su consejo, y sus respuestas fueron con sarcasmos, como si Dios no hubiera hecho nada por ellos.

También se olvidaron que fueron llevados a una tierra de abundancia y que comieron su fruto y tuvieron bienestar y lejos de dar gracias, cuando entraron contaminaron la tierra y la hicieron abominable. Ni siquiera los sacerdotes dieron lugar a Dios en todo esto, y los que manejaban la ley tampoco lo reconocieron, aún los pastores se rebelaron contra el Dios de Israel y los profetas profetizaron en nombre de Baal y anduvieron tras lo que no aprovecha, por lo tanto desataron la contienda con Dios y traspasaron esta rebelión espiritual a sus hijos a los cuales expusieron para que pelearan contra Dios (Jeremías 2:4-9). Hoy tenemos nosotros que detenernos y revisar nuestro corazón acerca de cuál ha sido nuestro testimonio como verdaderos cristianos nacidos de nuevo, para que no expongamos a nuestros hijos y a nuestras futuras generaciones a vivir fuera de la gracia y del amor de Dios que nos ha sido dado a través de nuestra fe en Jesucristo. Tener una relación personal e íntima con el hijo de Dios, nos hace entrar también a una tierra prometida donde fluye leche y miel espiritualmente hablando. Y donde hallamos descanso para nuestras almas para que la angustia y la ansiedad que provoca este mundo, jamás vuelvan a tocar nuestra vida ni a nuestra familia (Mateo 11:28-30). Aleluya

They also forgot that they were taken to a land of abundance and that they ate His fruit and they had well-being and far from giving thanks, when they came in, they polluted the earth and made it abominable. Not even the priests gave place to God in all this, and those who handled the law did not recognize it either, even the pastors rebelled against the God of Israel and the prophets prophesied in the name of Baal and walked after what does not profit, so they unleashed the conflict with God and passed on this spiritual rebellion to their children, who were exposed to fight against God (Jeremiah 2: 4-9). Today we have to stop and look up our hearts about which has been our testimony as true born again Christians so that we may not expose our children and future generations to live outside of the grace and love of God that has been given to us through our faith in Jesuschrist. To have an intimate and personal relationship with the son of God makes us enter to a promised land where milk and honey flows, spiritually talking. And where we find rest for our souls so the anguish and anxiety that provokes this world will never touch our lives or family (Mathew 11:28-30). Hallelujah.

Y edificó su santuario como las alturas, como la tierra que ha fundado para siempre. Escogió también a David su siervo, lo tomó de entre los apriscos de las ovejas.

Salmos 78:69-70 (LBLA)

Cambiador del Mundo: Dios eligió a un niño llamado David hijo de Isaí y lo tomó de las majadas de las ovejas para que apacentase al pueblo de Israel. El joven cantor hizo todo lo que Dios le mandó conforme a la integridad de su corazón y los pastoreó con la pericia de sus manos ( Salmo 78:71_72). Dios escoge cuando quiere y como quiere a cualquier persona a la que desea transformar y santificar para ser un hijo suyo. Nadie puede venir a Jesús si Dios no lo atrae hacia El (Juan 14:6). Todos nosotros cuando hemos tenido un encuentro personal con Cristo, podemos declarar que a partir de ese instante nuestra vida nunca volvió a ser igual. Cambiaron nuestras amistades y relaciones familiares, nuestra forma de hablar, nuestro testimonio, quizá algunos dejamos ciertas adicciones, pero en general todos renunciamos al pecado y a partir del momento que nacimos de nuevo, Jesús tomó el control total de nuestros pensamientos, palabras y acciones. El Apóstol Pablo nos enseña en su carta a los Filipenses que Dios es el que produce en cada persona el querer como el hacer por su buena voluntad (Filipenses 2:13). También en su carta a los Romanos el Apóstol nos enseña que no es del que quiere ni del que corre, el llamado que Dios hace, sino que es sobre aquel del que tiene misericordia (Romanos 9:15-16).

Todas estas historias de la Biblia tenemos que abrazarlas como una palabra vigente, que va a impactar a nuestra generación como lo hizo con nuestras generaciones anteriores. Así que cuando hablamos de personas que destacaron en el llamado de su Creador, como Enoc, Noé, Abraham, Jacob, Moises, Josue, Aaron, Caleb, el Profeta Samuel y el Rey David por ejemplo, todos ellos fueron inspiración para muchas generaciones del pueblo hebreo y ahora también para muchas generaciones que conforman el pueblo cristiano al que Dios ha escogido para anunciar las buenas nuevas del Evangelio (Mateo 28:19-20).
Por lo tanto los Apóstoles y personas como el joven Marcos, Bernabé, Lucas, el Apóstol Pablo el cual no estuvo entre los doce que caminaron con Cristo pero si es aquel al que Él escogió para escribir trece cartas del Nuevo Testamento. Ellos se inspiraron de sus antepasados pero hoy nosotros podemos inspirarnos de cada persona que la Biblia menciona que sirvió a Dios y a nuestro Señor Jesucristo para estar dispuestos a ser de bendición a nuestras generaciones con la llenura del Espíritu Santo y con el entendimiento de que nuestro nombre está escrito en el Libro de la Vida para disfrutar la vida eterna en los cielos. And he built his sanctuary like high , like the earth which he hath established for ever. He chose David also his servant, and took him from the sheepfolds:

Psalms 78:69-70 (KJV)

World Changer: God chose a boy named David son of Jesse and took him from the flocks of sheep to feed the people of Israel. The young singer did all that God commanded him according to the integrity of his heart and shepherded them with the skill of his hands (Psalm 78: 71-72). God chooses when and how he wants any person he wishes to transform and sanctify to be a child of his. No one can come to Jesus if God does not draw him or her to Him (John 14: 6). All of us when we have had a personal encounter with Christ we can declare that from that instant our lives never was the same again. Our friendships changed and family relationships, our way of speaking, our testimony, maybe some of us left certain addictions, but in general, we all renounce to sin and from the moment we were born again, Jesus took total control of our thoughts, words and actions. Apostle Paul teaches us in his letter to the Philippians that God is the one that makes in each person to want and to do by His good will (Philippians 2:13). Also in His letter to the Romans Apostle Paul teaches us that it is not of the one who wants or of the one who runs the call that God makes, but it is of him or her who has mercy (Romans 9: 15-16). All these Bible stories we have to embrace them as a current word that is going to shock

our generation as it did with our previous generations. So when we talk about people who stood out in the call of their Creator, like Enoch, Noah, Abraham, Jacob, Moses, Joshua, Aaron, Caleb, the Prophet Samuel and King David for example, they were all inspiration for many generations of the Hebrew people and now also for many generations that make up the Christian people whom God has chosen to announce the good news of the Gospel (Matthew 28: 19-20). Therefore the Apostles and people like the young Mark, Barnabas, Luke, the Apostle Paul who were not among the twelve who walked with Christ but is the one He chose to write thirteen letters of the New Testament. They were inspired by their ancestors but today we can be inspired by every person that the Bible mentions that served God and our Lord Jesus Christ to be willing. To be a blessing to our generation with the filling to the Holy Spirit and with understanding that our name it is written in the Book of the life to enjoy the eternal life in the heavens. Hallelujah

Entonces despertó el Señor como de un sueño, como guerrero vencido por el vino, e hizo retroceder a sus adversarios, poniendo sobre ellos una afrenta perpetua.

Salmos 78:65-66 (LBLA)

Cambiador del Mundo: Dios es paciente con nosotros y por eso ha seguido esperando a que muchos vengan al arrepentimiento antes de llevarse a los cielos a la Novia de Cristo que es Su Iglesia (2 Pedro 3:9). No queriendo que ninguno perezca sino que todos procedan al arrepentimiento. Pero el día del Señor vendrá como ladrón en la noche; en el cual los cielos pasarán con gran estruendo y los elementos ardiendo serán desechos, y la tierra y las obras que en ella hay, serán quemadas.

Puesto que todas estas cosas, han de ser desechas, ¡urge que nosotros comencemos a andar en una santa y piadosa manera de vivir! Conforme a la Palabra de Dios esperando y preparándonos para la venida del día de Dios, en lo cual como se dijo antes, los cielos serán desechos y los cimientos serán quemados. Pero nosotros los que hemos creído en Jesús, esperamos según Sus promesas, cielos nuevos y tierra nueva en los cuales vivirá la Justicia. Por lo cual estando en espera de estas cosas, procuremos con diligencia ser hallados por El sin mancha e irreprensibles viviendo en paz.

Tengamos por entendido que la paciencia de nuestro Señor, es para salvación de muchas almas, algo que también expresó el Apóstol Pablo, un hombre que fue lleno de la sabiduría de Dios y que escribió en todas sus epístolas acerca de todo esto. La Biblia habla de que no debemos torcer la Palabra como algunas personas inconstantes y sin conocimiento hacen, quitando y poniendo a su voluntad y no conforme a las Escrituras, provocando su propia perdición. Así que nosotros sabiendo esto, guardémonos para que no caigamos en el error de los que viven en iniquidad y resbalemos de nuestra firmeza. Antes bien crezcamos en la gracia y en el conocimiento de nuestro Señor Jesucristo (2 Pedro 3:9-18). Aleluya.

 Then the Lord awaked as one out of sleep, and like a mighty man that shouteth by reason of wine. And he smote his enemies in the hinder parts: he put them to a perpetual reproach.

Psalms 78: 65-66 (KJV)

World Changer: God is patient with us and that is why He has waited for many to come to repentance before taking them to heaven to the Bride of Christ which is His Church (2 Peter 3:9). Not wanting anyone to perish but that they could come to repentance. But the day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night in which heaven may pass with great thunder and the burning elements will be wasted, and the earth and the works that are in it will be burned. Since all these things have to be discarded, it is urgent that we begin to walk in a holy and pious way of living! According to the Word of God waiting and preparing us for the coming of the day of God, in which as it was said before, the heavens will be wasted and the foundations will be burned. But for us, the ones that have believed in Jesus, we wait according to His promises, new heavens and new land in which Justice will live.

Therefore, while we are waiting for these things, let us try diligently to be found by Him without blemish and without blame living in peace. Let us understand that the patience of our Lord is for the salvation of many souls, something also expressed by the Apostle Paul, a man who was filled with the wisdom of God and who wrote in all his epistles about all this. The Bible speaks that we should not twist the Word as some inconstant and unlearned people do, taking away and putting at their will and not according to the Scriptures, causing their own perdition. So, knowing this, let us guard lest we fall into the error of those who live in iniquity and slip from our firmness. Rather let us grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ (2 Peter 3: 9-18). Hallelujah.

Y expulsó a las naciones de delante de ellos; las repartió con medida por herencia, e hizo habitar en sus tiendas a las tribus de Israel. Pero ellos tentaron y provocaron al Dios Altísimo, y no guardaron sus testimonios, sino que se volvieron atrás y fueron desleales como sus padres; se desviaron como arco engañoso.

Salmos 78:55-57 (LBLA)

Cambiador del Mundo: Nos es muy fácil calificar de desobediencia y rebelión las actitudes de Israel en el desierto por cuanto Dios les había librado de sus enemigos y les estaba heredando tierras para que habiten las tribus de Israel. Ellos tentaron a Dios, lo enojaron y no guardaron sus testimonios, sino que fueron rebeldes como sus padres. Le provocaron a celo cuando edificaron lugares altos e hicieron imágenes para adorar y por eso Dios lo oyó y se enojó de gran manera y los aborreció (Salmo 78:58-59). El problema es con el ser humano que nunca se conforma con lo que Dios le da y el mas claro ejemplo lo tenemos con Adán y Eva en el huerto a los cuales les dieron todos los árboles para que pudieran comer menos uno que le prohibieron (Génesis capítulo 2) y era el árbol de la ciencia del bien y del mal. Después de rebelarse a ese mandato y pecar contra Dios, El los echó del huerto y de Su presencia y nunca mas pudieron regresar a esta tierra del Edén que el Todopoderoso había preparado para bendecirlos (Génesis capítulo 3).

Los cristianos nacidos de nuevo también somos tentados después de recibir todo el amor y la provisión de Dios y muchas veces nos olvidamos de que lo que ahora estamos disfrutando le costó muy caro a Nuestro Señor Jesucristo, ya que fue su propia vida que entregó en la cruz del calvario por pecados que El no cometió, sino que nos correspondían a nosotros y por falta de revelación ahora queremos ver eso como algo ligero y no lo es. Meditemos hoy dónde está nuestro corazón después de recibir esta salvación tan grande y la promesa de vida eterna en los cielos (Romanos 10:8-13). Aleluya.

He cast out the heathen also before them, and divided them an inheritance by line, and made the tribes of Israel to dwell in their tents. Yet they tempted and provoked the most high God, and kept not his testimonies: But turned back, and dealt unfaithfully like their fathers: they were turned aside like a deceitful bow.

Psalms 78:55-57 (KJV)

World Changer: It is not easy to describe the attitudes of Israel in the desert as disobedience and rebellion because God had delivered them from their enemies and was inheriting the land for them to inhabit the tribes of Israel. They tempted God, they angered Him and did not keep His testimonies, but they were rebellious like their parents. They provoked Him to zeal when they built high places and made images to worship and that is why God heard them and became very angry and hated them (Psalm 78: 58-59). The problem is that with the human being who never agrees with what God gives him or her and the clearest example we have with Adam and Eve in the garden to which they gave all the trees so they could eat, less one that that it was forbidden for them (Genesis chapter 2) and it was the tree of the science of good and evil.

After they rebelled to this command and sin against God, He threw them out of the Garden of Eden and from His presence and they never could come back to this land of Eden that the Almighty had prepared to bless them (Genesis Chapter 3). The born again Christians are also tempted after receiving all the love and provision from God and many times we forget of what we now are enjoying, it was a high price for Our Lord Jesuschrist because it was His own life that He delivered on the cross at Calvary for sins He did not commit, but they were ours and because of the lack of revelation we now want to see it as something light and it is not. Let us meditate today where our heart is after receiving this salvation so great and the promise of eternal life in heaven (Romans 10:8-13). Hallelujah.

Mas a su pueblo lo sacó como a ovejas, como a rebaño los condujo en el desierto; los guio con seguridad, de modo que no temieron, pero el mar se tragó a sus enemigos. Los trajo, pues, a su tierra santa, a esta tierra montañosa que su diestra había adquirido.

Salmos 78:52-54 (LBLA)

Cambiador del Mundo: De la misma manera que Dios lo hizo con Su pueblo cuando lo sacó de Egipto y los guio por todo el desierto por cuarenta años hasta que finalmente entraron a la tierra prometida, así nos tomó a nosotros los que ahora somos Su Iglesia y nos sigue guiando por en medio de las pruebas de este mundo, que es el Egipto espiritual que atravesaremos los años de vida que el Señor nos regale.

Habrán pruebas, tribulaciones, angustias, bendiciones, desafíos, todo lo que Dios permite para madurar nuestra fe y así poder reinar con El por la eternidad. Si la misericordia de Dios y Su Espíritu Santo no nos sostienen por medio del amor que viene de los cielos, no vamos a perdurar ni acabar la carrera, porque en verdad que solamente guardados en Cristo podremos subsistir a lo largo de nuestra vida cristiana.

Los días muchas veces se presentan con turbulencias espirituales pero tenemos que saber que en medio de esas pruebas Dios sigue ahí reinando y que si nosotros decidimos como siervos de Dios descansar en Sus brazos, entonces veremos como El peleará todas nuestras batallas y nos hará vencedores, aun cuando Egipto y sus carros de caballo (el mundo y sus deseos caprichosos) nos traten de atrapar para no servir al Todopoderoso. En Cristo Jesús todo lo podremos y somos mas que vencedores porque El nos fortalecerá día con día (Romanos 8:37, Filipenses 4:13).
Es necesario que sepamos en donde estamos con respecto a nuestra fe en Jesús para no ser sorprendidos ni desviados de nuestra devoción a Dios, porque Cristo no quiere que alguien se pierda, ya que somos Su mayor tesoro por cuanto dio Su vida por el pecado del mundo. Aleluya.

But made his own people to go forth like sheep, and guided them in the wilderness like a flock. And he led them on safely, so that they feared not: but the sea overwhelmed their enemies. And he brought them to the border of his sanctuary, even to this mountain, which his right hand had purchased.

Psalms 78:52-54 (KJV)

World Changer: The same way God did it with His people when He took them out of Egypt and guided them through the desert for forty years until they finally entered the promised land, so He took us to what now are His Church and He is still guiding us in the midst of trials of this world, that is the spiritual Egypt that we will go through for the years that the Lord gives us.
There will be trials, tribulations, anguishes, blessings, challenges, all of what God allows to be able to mature our faith and thus be able to reign with Him for eternity.  If the mercy of God and His Holy Spirit do not sustain us through the love that comes from heaven, we will not endure or end the race, because indeed, we only kept in Christ can subsist throughout our Christian life.

The days often appear with spiritual turbulence but we have to know that in the midst of these trials God is still reigning and that if we decide as servants of God to rest in His arms, then we will see how He will fight all our battles and make us winners, even when Egypt and its chariots (the world and its capricious desires) try to trap us so as not to serve the Almighty. In Christ Jesus, we can do all we can and we are more than conquerors because He will strengthen us day by day (Romans 8:37, Philippians 4:13).
We need to know where we are with respect to our faith in Jesus so as not to be surprised or diverted from our devotion to God because Christ does not want anyone to be lost since we are His greatest treasure because He gave His life for the sins of the world. Hallelujah.

Mas El, siendo compasivo, perdonaba sus iniquidades y no los destruía; muchas veces contuvo su ira, y no despertó todo su furor. Se acordaba de que ellos eran carne, un soplo que pasa y no vuelve.

Salmos 78:38-39 (LBLA)

Cambiador del Mundo: La misericordia de Dios sigue dispuesta para toda la humanidad y El continua esperando que todos vengan al arrepentimiento para ser perdonados (2 Pedro 3:9). En este Salmo 78 hay mucha similitud entre el pueblo judío y cualquier persona que esté caminando en medio de este mundo contumaz y rebelde. Al ir leyendo versículo a versículo nos damos cuenta de la infinidad de pecado y transgresión de los israelitas, pero que tampoco hacen diferencia con nuestra vida cotidiana cuando nosotros estamos caminando en nuestra propia fuerza tratando de agradar a Dios. Muchas veces oramos pidiendo lo que nosotros queremos sin consultar con Dios, anhelando riquezas que nosotros deseamos sin tampoco averiguar el consejo del Altísimo. En pocas palabras nuestros días los alineamos a lo que nuestros pensamientos desean pero que muchos de ellos no llegan a concordar con lo que dice la Biblia para el ser humano.

Basta recordar que el corazón del hombre es engañoso y por lo tanto no podemos confiar en él (Jeremías 17:5-10) y es por eso que es necesario nacer de nuevo del agua y del Espíritu y crucificar (espiritualmente hablando) nuestro Yo, que es el que nos impulsa a tener nuestro propio programa de vida, que nunca va a concordar con la voluntad de Dios (Romanos capítulo 6), porque los pensamientos de El son mas altos que los nuestros (Isaías 55:9). Qué podemos nosotros hacer por nuestra propia cuenta para agradar a Dios? Lo que nos enseña el Apóstol Pablo en su carta a los Romanos donde escribió que presentemos nuestros cuerpos en sacrificio vivo (hablando espiritualmente) santo y agradable a Dios que es lo único que podemos hacer con nuestro entendimiento. No conformándonos a la moda de este siglo sino siendo transformados por medio de la renovación de Cristo en nosotros, dejando que actúe el Espíritu de Dios y Su voluntad en nuestras vidas, porque es agradable y perfecta (Romanos 12:1-2). Hoy debemos decidirnos a que Jesús sea mas en nosotros. Aleluya.

But he, being full of compassion, forgave their iniquity, and destroyed them not: yea, many a time turned he his anger away, and did not stir up all his wrath. For he remembered that they were but flesh; a wind that passeth away, and cometh not again.

World Changer: The mercy of God is still available for all mankind and He continues waiting for all to come to repentance to be forgiven (2 Peter 3:9). In Psalm 78, there is a lot of similitude between the jew people and any person that is walking in the midst of this rebel and contumacious world. When we read verse by verse we realize the infinity of sin and the transgression of the Israelites, but it also does not make a difference with our daily life when we are walking in our own strength trying to please God. Many times we pray asking for what we want without consulting with God, longing for riches that we desire without also finding out the advice of the Most High. In short, we align our days with what our thoughts want but many of them do not match what the Bible says for the human being. It is enough to remember that the heart of man is deceitful and therefore we can not trust him (Jeremiah 17: 5-10) and that is why it is necessary to be born again of water and the Spirit and crucify (spiritually speaking) our Self, which is what prompts us to have our own program of life, which will never agree with the will of God (Romans chapter 6), because the thoughts of Him are higher than ours (Isaiah 55: 9). What can we do by our own account to please God? What Apostle Paul teaches in his letter to the Romans where he wrote that we present our bodies in living sacrifice (spiritually speaking) holy and pleasing to God that is the only thing we can do with our understanding. Not conforming to the fashion of this century but being transformed through the renewal of Christ in us, allowing the Spirit of God and His will to act in our lives, because it is pleasing and perfect (Romans 12: 1-2). Today we must decide that Jesus may be more in us. Hallelujah.

Cuando los hería de muerte, entonces le buscaban, y se volvían y buscaban con diligencia a Dios; se acordaban de que Dios era su roca, y el Dios Altísimo su Redentor. Mas con su boca le engañaban, y con su lengua le mentían. Pues su corazón no era leal para con El, ni eran fieles a su pacto.

Cambiador del Mundo: ¿Habrá forma de pensar o hacer algo tratando de engañar a Dios? Por supuesto que no, sería una gran locura creer que nosotros vamos a hacer cosas sin que Dios se entere primeramente. Y bastaría revisar lo que dicen las Escrituras de que aun no está la palabra en nuestra boca y Dios ya las conoce todas porque el Señor nos ha examinado y conocido y ha escudriñado nuestro andar y nuestro reposo y la palabra no la hemos pronunciado y El ya la sabe toda.

El nos ha rodeado y ha puesto Su mano sobre Sus escogidos pero específicamente sobre los que han creído en la muerte y resurrección de nuestro Señor Jesucristo, y por lo tanto hoy debemos preguntarnos: ¿A dónde me iré de Tu Espíritu? y ¿dónde me huiré de Tu presencia? Si subiera a los cielos, ahí estás Tu; y si en el seol hiciera mi estrado he aquí Tu estás también. Si habitare en el extremo del mar ahí me guiará Tu mano y me sostendrá Tu diestra. Si tratara de esconderme en las tinieblas o en lo profundo de la noche, todo eso resplandecerá como el día porque lo mismo te son las tinieblas que la luz. Porque Tu formaste mis entrañas; Tu me hiciste en el vientre de mi madre (Salmo 139). Por lo tanto hoy debemos empezar a clamarle al Señor que estemos en una íntima comunión con El, a cada instante y no solamente cuando estemos en problemas entonces le busquemos. Aprendamos hoy que Jesucristo es nuestra Roca de Salvación y que también es nuestro refugio y nuestro amparo, nuestra fortaleza en el día de la prueba y nuestro Padre Celestial el Dios Altísimo y Creador nuestro (1 Corintios 10:1-6). Aleluya.

When he slew them, then they sought him: and they returned and enquired early after God. And they remembered that God was their rock, and the high God their redeemer. Nevertheless they did flatter him with their mouth, and they lied unto him with their tongues. For their heart was not right with him, neither were they stedfast in his covenant.

World Changer: Is there a way to think or do something trying to cheat God? Of course not, it would be great madness to believe that we are going to do things without God knowing first. And it would be enough to look up what the Scriptures say that the word is not even in our mouth and God already knows all of them because the Lord has examined and known us and has scrutinized our walk and our rest and the word we have not spoken and He already knows everything. He has surrounded us and put His hand on His chosen ones but specifically on those who have believed in the death and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ, and therefore today we must ask ourselves: Where will I go from Your Spirit? And where will I flee from Your presence? If I went up to the heavens, there you are; and if I made my stand in hell, behold, you are also.

If I live at the end of the sea, Your hand will guide me and Your right hand will hold me.
If I tried to hide in the darkness or in the depths of the night, all that will shine like the day because darkness is the same as light. Because You formed my entrails; You made me in my mother’s womb (Psalm 139). Therefore today we must begin to cry out to the Lord that we are in intimate communion with Him, at every moment and not only when we are in trouble then we seek Him. Let us learn today that Jesus Christ is our Rock of Salvation and that He is also our refuge, our strength on the day of trial and our Heavenly Father our Most High God and Creator (1 Corinthians 10: 1-6). El hizo llover sobre ellos carne como polvo, aladas aves como la arena de los mares, y las hizo caer en medio del[a] campamento, alrededor de sus viviendas. Comieron y quedaron bien saciados, y les concedió su deseo.

Cambiador del Mundo: Cuando el pueblo de Dios despreció el maná del cielo, que era la mayor bendición que ellos podían recibir, entonces Dios los entregó a los deseos de su malvado corazón (Jeremías 18:12) e hizo llover como polvo y arena del mar aves del cielo y cayeron en medio del campamento alrededor de sus tiendas, no tuvieron ni necesidad de caminar para ir a buscar este alimento carnal, pues cayó prácticamente sobre de ellos, así que comieron y se saciaron sin ni siquiera dar gracias de nada y Dios así les cumplió su malvado deseo.

No habían quitado de si su anhelo y aun estaba la comida en su boca cuando vino de repente sobre de ellos el furor de Dios e hizo morir a los mas robustos de ellos y derribó a los escogidos de Israel. Con todo esto siguieron pecando y no dieron crédito ni tuvieron acción de gracias por las maravillas que el Altísimo derramaba sobre sus vidas. Por lo tanto se consumieron sus días en vanidad pues nada de lo que hacían glorificaba el Reino de Dios ni la voluntad de su Creador y por lo que sus años fueron consumidos en gran tribulación y de veinte años para arriba todos murieron a excepción de algunos de ellos (Salmo 78:30-33). Así también nosotros como cristianos nacidos de nuevo no debemos enfocar nuestra relación con Dios tratando de manipularlo para que nos de, de comer (hablando espiritualmente) nuestros caprichos y deseos, nuestras vanidades porque al final nuestra vida transcurrirá sin propósito eterno y por lo tanto el día que nos presentemos ante el tribunal de Cristo, estaremos en serios problemas si hoy no rectificamos el camino y nos detenemos pidiéndole perdón a Dios y rogándole que se cumpla Su voluntad en nosotros y no la nuestra (2 Corintios 5:10). World Changer: When the people of God despised the manna of heaven that it was the most of the blessing that they could receive, then God delivered them to the desires of their wicked heart (Jeremiah 18:12) and He made rain like dust and sand from the sea, birds fell from heaven in the midst of the camp around their tents, they did not have the need to walk to look for this fleshy food because it practically fell on them, and they ate and they were satisfied without even giving thanks of anything and God thus fulfilled their evil desire. They had not taken away their longing and there was still food in their mouth when the wrath of God suddenly came upon them and made the most robust of them die and overthrew the chosen ones of Israel. With all this they continued sinning and did not give credit nor did they have thanksgiving for the wonders that the Most High poured out over their lives. Therefore their days were spent in vanity because nothing they did glorify the Kingdom of God or the will of their Creator and so their years were consumed in great tribulation and from twenty years up they all died except for some of them (Psalm 78: 30-33). So we as born-again Christians should not focus our relationship trying to manipulate God to feed us (spiritually speaking) our whims and desires, our vanities because in the end our life will go by without eternal purpose and therefore the day we present ourselves before the court of Christ, we will be in serious trouble if today we do not rectify our way and stop to ask God for forgiveness and beg Him to fulfill His will in us and not our will. (2 Corinthians 5:10). Hallelujah.
